"when we arrived in the restaurant, we got free starters that were nice, but two of us were vegetarian and couldn't eat them, as all of them passed a kind of meat or fish. I think the waitress should have asked if we were vegetarian. later we decided to go with two green curs menus and two regular cursor menus after we have seen the menu on the restaurant website. the green menu was very different. each meal included some kind of beet root and that made every meal taste very similar. the dessert was okey."

"Wow Wow Wow We had the most amazing tasty Chicken here tonight. Carmensita's is a wonderful restaurant slightly off the beaten track But so worth going too. First of all Tamara and Francesco greeted us and welcomed us in and showed us to our table. It's decorated beautifully with lovely soft music playing in the background. We started with some Procecco and a Beer and they brought out a basket of tasty bread rolls. The menu has lots to choose from and is very reasonably priced for such an upmarket establishment. We choose the Grilled Chicken with roasted potatoes and vegetables Wow it all came on a platter and it was Amazing to look at but more important Amazing to eat. We followed this with that classic delicious dessert Tiramisu and coffee. The attention from Tamara and Francesco was outstanding and we felt very welcomed and important while we were there. Thank you to The Chefs for producing such a tasty platter of food and especially to Tamara and Francesco for looking after us so well. We will return before we leave Como next week to enjoy their delicious food again. We Highly recommened this wonderful place to eat go enjoy yourselves."

"ristorante con tavoli all'aperto che danno su piccola strada non molto occupato il sabato. ambiente tranquillo, cucina ben curata e ben attrezzata, attrezzature curate. vini eccellenti, non sono molti ma sono abbastanza selezionati ma un po 'buddy . Purtroppo anche al calice hai perso la buona oance per versare una lacrima di vino e farlo assaggiare al vino, non l'unico ristorante in cui accadra, versa e va. Personale giovane e gentile, orari normali di attesa. i prezzi a mio parere sono un po 'su, un paio di euro in meno piatto sarebbe raccomandato perché la cucina è abbastanza ben curato ma non abbastanza per i prezzi applicati. in generale la posizione è comune."

"We were here for lunch on a weekday. We had shared an antipasto (trio, 8€ , then had a seitan with white wine sauce (16€ , spaghetti (12€ lasagne (11€ and then shared an icecream (7€ . With drinks (water, tonic, lemonade( and coperta this totalled 70€. Not that expensive, but not that big portions neither (you can actually order multiple main dishes . We found the food ok-ish, not really wow, rather simple dishes actually. Service was very friendly. And the restaurant is accessible with an accessible toilet even! It was very quiet (only one other table . We saw some people come take a look, but then leave again when they realised it is all vegan. Such a pity!"

"Scoperto grazie a TripAdvisor qualche mese fa, ci aveva lasciato un’ottima impressione dove ci avevano deliziato con della carne che raramente ricordo di averla mangiata così buona, come anche il pesce di ottima qualità.Ci abbiamo riprovato e ancora una volta ci hanno sorpreso con un’esperienza culinaria meravigliosa: dall’antipasto, alla carne, per non parlare dei dolci.Ottima la scelta dei vini. Spendo due parole anche sulla location che a mio avviso è molto carina con il camino acceso che è una meraviglia.Staff preparato, gentile e molto efficiente. Che dire; da provare e riprovare assolutamente!Prezzo adeguato alla qualità dei prodotti."
