I liked the food ,it was fresh and tasty.Portions are big enough.service was fast.our waiter was very smiley,full of joy .It has a good location.

really nice eating and started well in terms of speed. However, the waitress was hastened by the feet and we were over 3 hours in the restaurant for our 3 courses so much waiting between the curses.

Waitress with too many tables to attend. She was never available to order anything additional… I had to go to the kitchen and ask and get things on my own. At the end she was disappointed and upset when I asked the check for the third time…. Never will go back

The lady who mostly served us was very nervous and it seemed that we were annoying her. She asked us why we ordered just 2 main dish and 1 salad as we are 2 adults and 2 children. It was not polite as we were not very hungry, just wanted to try famous gryuer fondue.

The location is lovely, and the terrace had a beautiful view. The food was good, but not great. We shared a fondue, which was plenty for two at night, although our waitress was insisted that that size was for one person. The service was non-existent, even though there were only two other tables. It took forever to order and to get food. After we asked for our check twice and waited about 20 minutes, we finally walked towards the door, which instantly produced the bill. We had been there for close to 2 hours and only had 1 course. I know it was the end of the day and everyone was tired. But then don't offer reservations at 8 and 8:30! (We took the 8pm).

Worst experience in Switzerland, unfortunately big tourist trap, we are locals and had a horrible evening, it all starts with dry bread as a starter, we took planchettes which were not bad. Then for the main dish, where to start... a raclette that arrives with almost moldy cheese, a fondue that we do much better at home because it arrives like chewing gum and honestly really inedible. A steak tartare which had no taste and finally rösti arrived honestly inedible. And finally we ask to see a manager we are told that no manager is present and the cook comes to talk to us but especially to insult us. I do not recommend this restaurant which is more than horrible and as I said above it is really...
