Fast lunch, so to speak, on a day of uncertain weather! I'm not passionate about piadines, but I must say that I had to believe. We are far light years from the idea of the piadina that you can have: very good and refined dough (we tasted the normal, 5 cereals and the dough at Sangiovese) and ingredients of choice. The mix hamburger and dough at Sangiovese was very appreciated, but my vegetarian choice, with tomatoes, spinach, friarielli and brie was supersonic. And also the final with Nutella, which usually amazes me a little, was balanced and delicious! Bravo! View menu
