"because of my experience, the restaurant is overrated, service was quite average boundary line rude at some points (especially when we arrived), eating was quite uninspiring ... not bad but I expected so much more and the tables were all so close together. so that everything in all with the amazing restaurant offer in london I think I would not go back or recommend it."

rude waitress and slow service. waited for an hour to be served. hakkassan is really on the hill, not what it was earlier.

the greeting at the door was very inviting. the bar staff have invited us very warmly and helped us choose drinks and champagne. our waiter was very pleasant and helpful. we had such a great time that we ordered a second bottle of champagne to finish the night.
