"Saturday, 31.01.2015 at “Hans im Glück” General: My friend and I were again at Hans im Glück in Regensburg on Saturday. Then she brought a colleague who asked us to wait a moment. On our window there were some waiting for them, and my friend was slowly somewhat impatient, as the guests had very time and he was already very hungry. I made it easy. But I found it badly organized right now. Until I was in the square and saw that our reservation was on a sign at 4:00. At the moment I felt the other guests as very rude. They knew the place was reserved from 4:00, then read them asking and need 5 minutes to move on the jackets and finally go. Then I thought of my part One of the services that remained responsible for the rest of the evening led us to our place. We sat down, and she quickly took off the old dishes, and we went over the table and brought us new table sets. She was friendly and we had a good mood from her. We looked good all night. We were asked for further wishes and whether we were satisfied. The service was really great. I'm always very happy. Because I think the service is doing a lot. Beverages: After our arrival at the table we could order our drinks immediately. 2x 0.33l Cola, the drinks were included in the menu. Just like the two coffees. I was happy. My friend always looks a little sceptical about this Cola bottle with straw. I think he wants a glass of it. He didn't say anything yet. But usually he always removes the straw. Food: As described above. We ordered a menu each. This consists of 2 drinks, 2 coffees and a burger and a supplement. My friend ordered the “Hans im Glück Burger” double meat and later coffee. I took the salad coffee “Gorgonzola Burger”. The food came to our table after 10 minutes, although it was quite full. We both liked that. Especially because my friend was hungry. I started the salad. It was a leaf salad with pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and a sprout mixture with a mustard honey vinaigrette. She tasted a little mad, but also sweet. She tasted really good. I couldn't choose. But not asking. My burger was with sourdough bread. My treasure chose all the grain bread. I wanted to try this once, but I had to say that the whole grain bread tasted better. That was my second visit. Then I bite the burger. Very delicious. The meat tasted sharply, but one still tasted the taste of the meat. The salad was crispy and delicious. Gorgonzola there was a small tupfer cream on it. It tasted delicious, but I expected more Gorgonzola taste. It was pretty lazy. And there was something missing. But this is now at a high level. Because otherwise the burger was really delicious. Then my treasure and I were well saturated. We would have liked to come back, but later more. Finally, we have ordered another dessert for both of us. And asked us to bring two spoons. Warm chocolate cake with cream and ice cream (see photo). It was beautifully dressed and the chocolate cake was actually still warm and schokoladig really nicely schokoladig. I liked that very well. I only made 2-3 spoons. My treasure then ate the rest with ice and ice. Besides, we had our coffee. This time we got him to the table together. Last time it was slightly delayed. Ambience: A fairy tale new, fresh and modern interpretation. Pear trunks decorate the premises and separate the tables corners from each other. We sat on two benches in front of the window. We're both very big, 1,90m and 2,00m, and we always have to talk something under the table. And the benches have no life, that's a shame. But if you sit first. It's cozy. You can see directly from the window on the coal market and the tower from the old town hall in Regensburg. But at 5:00 the caps are always dimmed. This makes a so cozy mood. The lamps are already warm light there and then it becomes even more torn and cozy. Some walls are in gold wallpapers and there are very nice there. I find the concept harmonious and very beautiful. Cleanliness: Yes, unfortunately there was again a lot of toilet paper on the floor. I didn't care. Otherwise it was brightly clean. There were also paper towels to dry. Otherwise it was completely clean everywhere. I was very happy. Price/performance: We paid almost 30,00€ for everything. I thought it was wrong. That's all I have to say. Total impression: We'll be back next month. Generally very good. We'll be back."
