"Despite the bad reviews, we wanted to give the house deichgraf in punkto high-time location a chance, as it is dreamy and we felt locally connected to the corner. already on the phone, we were made aware by the operator that it is not decided by the principle "who comes first, ground first". we have assumed that the sympathy is decisive, which we also found completely understandable. during the consultation the operator was very friendly and helpful. he assured us that the number of guests of approx. 35 people do not present any difficulties, showed us the spatialities and expressed first ideas about how the celebration could take place.The next day, he sent us the banquet agreement, indicating that he still needed the exact number of persons to send us the finished contract. We called him the number of persons...and waited...After a week, my fiancé called the operator. he was very unfriendly and short on the phone, said he was in the middle of an event and had not forgotten us. so we waited another week. we were slowly getting restless, as we had actually completed the location search mentally and wanted to send the invites. then he called us back and said that there were more interested in the day with a greater number of people and we would have understood that we would leave if they were to say the location. then we decided to transfer our celebration to another location. it really annoyed us that first the impression was awakened, the planning was in safe cloths and that we had to run two weeks behind to learn that we were just the emergency solution. in future, we will take care of critical assessments. it is a pity that at this location obviously only the profit and not the service is in the foreground."

Previously a normal restaurant is "the deichgraf" today an event location where you can celebrate with family, friends or business partners. beautiful ambiente with view of the South Park/Volksgarten. we were with 30 people on a family brunch (cold-warm buffet). that was okay. Unfortunately, the rather inattentive service has been repeatedly demanded, e.g. eating, to bring drinks.

the eventlocation deichgraf plays at the price in the champions league, but the service is unfortunately underground. we were there to take a drink on the terrace in the afternoon. the waiter has replaced a dirty table cloth only after repeated request. another operation did not know where the toilets are, the music was loud and correspondingly annoying. to the good conclusion, the bill was not true. all in all, the impression was that the staff otherwise worked was not grown, even though every lot of people were sleeping around there. if a glass cola costs five euro, you can expect more.
