"Embarrassing glitch. My wife and I had an appointment with friends. For this I reserved a table for people. The acquaintances were there five minutes before us and asked for the table reserved in my name, at which they were then placed. When we got there, we were reassigned to another table at the other end of the restaurant with the same name. You have to know that the name is not common. Of course, every couple wondered where the others were. When after more than half an hour the problem was cleared up by a phone call and we all still got together, there was not a word of apology or regret from the restaurant.
