We made a short stop at this pretty little place next to a stream whilst motorcycling through the black forest, go there even if its just for a coffee as the roads around the area are beautiful.

This place is known in the area to do one of the most beautiful Black Forest cakes, and they probably do. It was delicious. If you're in the area and curious about this cake, don't miss the opportunity.

Cosy place in the Black Forest! Between the mountains, in the middle of the forest, on a brook, you will find this idyll. Here you can come in and let the soul knock. Of course there are also souvenirs of the Black Forest.

In the restaurant you can enjoy a coffee and cake wonderfully after a trip or as a stopover or also eat very tasty. In the basement, small secret tip, you can consider the old transfer of the mill during the operation. Great if you haven't seen anything like that. Always happy.

Very nice ambience, eating very good, plentiful and reasonable. Recommendation: Flame cake or roast. The service is friendly and accommodating. The farm with spirits and a meat table is well equipped with all kinds of Black Forest specialties. Unfortunately, the air-dried and smoked Mettwürste survived only at the end of the holiday.

Witch hole mill (literal translated as witch hole mill) is basically that. It was originally a very old waterwork that turned into a small souvenir shop with a restaurant. it is definitely built on what feels like the bottom of a hole (it seems a long and endless ride down, down and down to get there). Not sure where the witch came from. I've been there for years. Pleasant surrounding views to eat and get an interesting downward spiral of a way there. The food is more like a cake and coffee thing than a full blown meal, but the cake is great. A pleasant place to break a morning brunch or an afternoon tea.
