The restaurant Douce Steiner in Sulzburg is undoubtedly worth a detour. If you love a French inspired modern kitchen, this restaurant is very well maintained. The ground integrity of the ambience and service contrasts with the young kitchen of Douce Steiner in a lukewarm way. The two stars awarded by Michelin are fully deserved.
