I was passing through and stopped to drink a coffee well received and super nice

My wife and I toured this with friends that live in Basel. I thought the food was very good and recommend it to all.

Great location. Overlooking the valley. Cooked to perfection Raclette and Fondue. Steaks were well made. Good selection of Swiss wines. Worth the money.

Ci siamo fermati per cena. Abbiamo mangiato benissimo sia la cena e il dessert. Rösti con prosciutto, piatto consigliatissimo. Con dessert gelato e panna della gruyere!

Small hotel in Broc very close to the station and town services, a few minutes from the Maison Cailler chocolate factory and a few km from the castle of Gruyere which, by the way, could be seen from my room. The room was large and even had a small balcony. Wide possibility of walks. Very kind staff, due to logistical problems I anticipated my arrival, I asked if I could leave my luggage and they were super helpful in even letting me check in early. Perfect price. living in the green gruyère, I ate twice in this restaurant, disappointed the first time, a lot of waiting, cold arrival plate. I don't stay on this first failure and return there is little in this "nick restaurant" to the arrogant and unpleasant boss as possible, who screams on the sommelier under our nose, while she does the maximum, despite the obvious lack of staff. the displayed menus are filled with spelling errors, in short, a shame for the profession. Avec ma famille c'est un peu un rituel de venir dans cette pizzeria, on y vient depuis une dizaine d'année. Malgrè de nombreux changements de personnels ces derniers temps, la qualité reste. Selon mes goûts, ces pizzas sont les meilleures de toute la gruyère. La pâte est fine et sent bien le feu de bois, la sauce tomate est très bonne,... Quand au service, les serveurs ont toujours été très sympathique ! Bref rien à redire sauf que si vous venez le dimanche ou le mardi il vaut mieux venir un peu en avance pour ne pas trop attendre car avec les pizzas à 14frs la salle est très vite pleine ! View menu
