We went back to Borchard after years and can recommend it. The dishes (filet tipps, onion soup, etc. were super delicious. Also the salad from the buffet. The staff is also very nice and attentive. In addition, the seats in the small, separate rooms are cozy and quiet.

We stayed there in February at a Famile party and were very enthusiastic .... the buffet was very diverse and the taste of the food was excellent absolutely a 1 with ...... service staff class .... you felt very comfortable there ... definitely come back and test the normal restaurant View menu

Das Essen war grundsätzlich lecker eher deutsche Hausmannskost. Zur heutigen Zeit sollte die Karte allerdings auch etwas für Vegetarier oder Veganer bieten. Auf Nachfrage bezüglich der Zubereitung vegan wurde eine Speise mit Sauce Hollandaise serviert. Dazu gab es eine Hühnersuppe vorweg da diese zum Menü gehört. ??? Aha

Wir waren nach Jahren mal wieder bei Borchard und wir können es weiterempfehlen. Die Speisen (Filetspitzen, Zwiebelsuppe, etc. waren super lecker. Ebenso der Salat vom Buffet. Das Personal ist ebenfalls sehr nett und aufmerksam. Darüber hinaus sind die Sitzgelegenheiten in den kleinen, abgetrennten Räumen gemütlich und ruhig.

We celebrated our wedding at Borchards on 01.10.22 and it was just perfect!! In advance we had some agreements and each of our wishes was received. The hall and the outdoor area are great for a grandiose celebration. The service was top and the food (buffet form) was so delicious. The pumpkin cream soup was the highlight for us. We also had some guests away from the hotel so that they stayed in the hotel like us. The rooms are spacious and clean. Wishes like a cot, even for older people would also be addressed. The cat breakfast was delicious. The price management ratio is top. We come back to the next celebration View menu
