"Who loves natas? Natas are the famous Portugese custard tarts. If made the right way the custard is silky smooth and creamy while the pastry is flaky, buttery and light. Enter I Love Nata a small little cafe over by Endell St (next to Shaftsbury Avenue). Choose to sit outside if you can or inside (albeit a bit snug). All they do here are coffee, teas and natas....lots and lots of natas. They are simply put....delicious. The ones I have are still warm and as fresh as you like. Some of the best custard tarts I've had in London so far. For £2 you can get one of these great little treats, or buy a few in a box for a slightly reduced price per Nata. Best Portuguese custard pastries. I could have these treats in London and love the concept because it brings us closer to our roots.

A nata cafe! It's a good place to chill since I have never eaten Portuguese tarts for a long time. They are usually served with cinnamon and sugar.

This restaurant is excellent for enjoying a delicious Custard Tart and an authentic Portuguese Bica coffee. The service is very pleasant, with staff who speak both English and Portuguese. A must-visit!

Fresh Portuguese egg tarts without having to go all the way to Portugal for pasteis de belem? Well you're in luck! Just go over to Covent Garden to this cute little cafe. Their egg tarts are so fresh and so good!

Let's talk about Portuguese egg custards, because they're worth talking about, a lot. It seems bizarre that it has taken London this long to become acquainted with them. I love natas award-winning creations are most definitely worth the trek into town. Cafe is small and the lighting is questionable, but there's free wifi and a decent selection of drinks to accompany the nata. Service was brilliant.

Have you tried the delicious Portuguese egg cakes called pastel de nata? I love them even more than Hong Kong style egg tarts. These pastéis de nata were created in the 18th century by Catholic monks. Luckily, London now has its own boutique café dedicated to natas called I Love Nata. You can find their flagship store in Covent Garden on Endell Street. The small counter only sells natas in original, chocolate, and apple cinnamon flavors, along with hot drinks and a few seats for customers to enjoy.

the Custard tar or pastel de nata (as it is known in Portuguese) here is one of the best I have eaten so far and that makes me feel like home. there is nothing like the traditional recipe, although they have with chocolate and apple and cinnamon. I tried the last one and it's really good. the place itself does not have much space to sit inside, but there are some extra tables outside that I must be honest are just beautiful when it is not raining or it is not too cold. I love nata only sells the pumpkin and coffee, but believe me, it is worth going there! vincenzo marignoli read more
