"my friends and I traveled from rom to frascati for this cooking class. we sought many classes and felt that this was the most convenient and had a better value than others we found. simon and his colleagues were very helpful and funny. simon took pictures, videos and even boomerangs for us when he facilitated our session. we will definitely recommend this class; it offers wine tasting and a short tour through the opposite around the restaurant. simon also sent the recipes to all 4 types of pastas made. the tempo of the class was also right for a beginner's pata as I do. suggestion: if they travel with the train from outside of frascati, they check the departing train times. we took the class on a Saturday night at 1830, but the trains were driving at 830 and we didn't know. the taxi back to rom was about 60 €."

"The place looks really good! We ordered 1 cutter to divide into 3, two mixed appetizers of vegetables (fritturina) as appetizer. The right cutter, without exaggerating, basic fries. As before we took 1 pappardelle with wild boar, 1 cacio and pepper, 1 amatriciana and 1 fettuccine with ragù. Pappardelle excellent, cacio and pepper to taste was preferable more pecorino than the Parmigiano (perhaps it was half and half but really made to the cream of art), amatriciana perhaps too much to the tooth and excellent fettuccine. Fettuccine and pappardelle were clearly fresh, great surprise! I count really low for what we took, to couple we spent 30€ (we did not take wines and we went with 20% discount). We'll be back to 100."

"raro, per nome e per fatto. posizione molto bella e ben tenuta, con grande terrazza dove cenare, accompagnata da una piacevole musica di sottofondo. i piatti sono molto ben curati e buoni, abbiamo assaggiato il mazzancolle con focaccia come antipasto, continuare con il polpo, e terminare con due semifreddi uno al pistacchio e l'altro al melone veramente d'oca. tutto annaffiato da un grande vino bianco. molto bene, hanno anche offerto un amaro alla fine della cena. cosa dire, per una volta le aspettative (leggendo altre recensioni) sono stati ampiamente soddisfatti. ritorneremo per ottenere le altre offerte culinarie."

"I answer their polemical response, among other things bad taste to a customer, that when the food is peeled from the drink should be communicated to the customer. I am accustomed to paying 30 euros for a dinner not for meatballs and vents (very good) and two glasses per person of wine and franciacorta. However very free to make the verses prices, as I client very free to choose other places. Good continuation"
