"-Hotel in the Hürtgenwald district Simonskall, arrival over 2 narrow, curved faces. 1. impression was good, very friendly reception, room clean and large, bathroom/WC with large bathtub, many storage facilities, strong hair dryer. Service in the restaurant and on the terrace from very good to absolutely overwhelmed with pampty answers. Order drinks only partially placed on the table, used dishes of the previous guests remained on the table despite several requests to clean away. In contrast, the house ID, in which all consumption was registered, so there was no discussion in the morning of departure. Potato whirlpool for dinner was unproblematic, the kitchen should wonder why 80% of the potato whirlpool returns to the kitchen.
