"Allenfalls ein Laden zu Bestellen und Abholen! Mochte dem Laden nochmal eine Chance geben, nachdem wir hier Jahre zuvor enttäuscht nach Hause gegangen waren. Damals gab es Diskusionen über verbrannten Pizzaboden und vertauschte Salatsaucen. Völlig überforderten Personal! Diskussionen, wohlgemerkt! Heute: Essen super, tollen Abend, hatte schon alle Skepsis abgelegt, allerdings keine weitere Bedienung/Getränke mehr ab 20.45h. Begründung: Gläser schon abgewaschen und man hätte morgen noch andere Aufgaben. Auf den Vermerk hin, dass dies nicht förderlich für den weiteren Erhalt dieses Ladens sei, wurde stur weiter abkassiert. Hauptsache raus, so das Gefühl! Sorry, war dann echt zum letzten Mal bei euch zu Besuch und Mundpropaganda ist auch gerade hierzulande viel wert. Eure Küche ist toll. Euer Management lässt leider zu wünschen übrig! Weiterhin viel Erfolg!"

"On the flyers at the adjacent campsite a table reservation is absolutely recommended, but according to the operator, what does not apply to the outdoor terrace? We were asked if there could be 3 more people at our table. However, we were able to feel the inconvenience of the operation when it had booked our as well as the order of the 3 other people on a table and now had to count everything apart. Even in the summer the inn closes a drink at 9 p.m. is then not possible to refer to the above brewery Gasthof, which actually closes at 10:00 p.m. We cannot complain about the quality of food and drink selection. That was great."

"My wife and I stopped in to Kallex after reading the positive reviews on TA. We were a little skeptical after hearing consecutive songs of bad house music on the hi-fi but remained open-minded and are glad we did. Beer selection was solid, food was great and well-portioned - I ordered the spicy currywurst, my wife had a burger - the prices were very reasonable, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. What else could you ask for? Stop in when you're in Neustadt. You won't regret it."

"Ein total nettes, uriges Restaurant für Familien, Wandere, "Einheimische" und Menschen, die Freundlichkeit im Service schätzen, fanden wir in Lenzkirch-Kappel. Die Inhaberin und die Bedienung sind superfreundlich. Hunde willkommen. Einheimische wie Urlaubsgäste finden hier ein nettes Lokal im Schwarzwald.Abends ist eine Reservierung empfehlenswert, da das Lokal nur wenige Tische hat.Beispielpreise: Kleines Schnitzel mit Brot 4 Euro, extra bestellbar: Spätzle, Pommes, Salat etc. Pommes und Spätzle kosten 2,30 Euro. Cola (0,5 l Flasche) 2,40 Euro.Wir kommen gerne wieder!"

"The old Black Forest House is located in the district of Fischbach and is a secret tip. Here you can relax in the middle of an idyllic valley, here the fish stream flows down to the canyon lake and gentle meadow slopes. I'm checking the hotel restaurant and I can't say anything to the rooms. In the short term we decided to eat here. Rings around the canyon lake were overcrowded by the possibilities of return, and we hoped to find a place outside. Since we were not reserved before, we have a little two table with chance and luck. The big restaurant was completely reserved. Fortunately, we were there at 5 a.m. so we could eat almost alone and quietly. Most guests came at 6:00, then it became pretty narrow. Cordon Bleu and veal carvings with fresh vegetables, salad and pommes tasted very well. A tannial dish for Mr. B. and a non-alcoholic dish for me. Otherwise, meat and fish dishes are on the map. You have to spend 20 euros for a meal, but it was worth it. You can also sit in a beautiful ambience with subtle background music. When looking out the window you could see some cows that were well balanced on a mountain slope. If you don't have the AHA all the time in your head, it could be so beautiful here. So you could not enjoy the stay very much as it became quite full. But no one can, and I give 4 stars and recommend it."
