"we returned after the tremendous experience last year attracted by the reviews (in my opinion unfairly) flattering. The position, like the last time, is the only thing I save. Unfortunately the service is mediocre and the kitchen is even worse. after saying that I was pregnant and advised not to add anything raw, I was served a dish of octopus paste with so many shoots. I had to send him back to the kitchen, and I had to eat alone, since I asked him to come with the other ladies, but apparently it was not possible. I was served with wine when I had specified that I would not drink, at the end of the meal the waiter tried to collect the crumbs from the table with a spoon and the coffees that we had to bring them to the counter, since after 15 minutes from the ordination no one had yet made alive. when it comes to food, absolutely not suitable for the price. mediocre level, for some dishes also very low, like scallops (difficult and covered by a horrid pastry,) gratined scampi (sipidi and soft) the pulp of octopus (salsa di mesh, salt that knew only of walnut). the most good dishes were the anchovies of the cantabrico, the ricotta dish and the Florentine, things on which you can certainly not evaluate the chef, since the first two are not even cooked. Crazy prices compared to the really low level of dishes. it is not enough to put external shoots or edibles in the dish to give it the structure. place for people who love to eat badly and have a mediocre service, you probably do not benefit from attending restaurants that you can define such (and unfortunately you notice)."

"very nice restaurant: it looks like a jewel with the lights that create a serene and magical atmosphere, almost from the “incantated kingdom”. the menu is processed and the combinations of the dishes are special but well thought: the goal is to amaze the customer's palate. from meat to fish, from the most particular delights to traditional dishes revisited in an original way, like ravioli to the spice to the bresciana served on a bed of polenta. quality is very high. the value of money is good. there is the possibility to consume both inside and outside during the beautiful season. the place is not very large, but it is quiet and well kept. clean and graceful, it is the right compromise between the rustic style of furniture and innovation presented in the dishes. recommended! P.S: as first experience, I highly recommend trying the complete menu (antipasto, first, second) proposed. it is worth it, and the value for money is excellent."

"Avoid this place. We had a reservation for a table outside for our family, after trying the night before when they convinced us to book a table for the following night. We were really looking forward to this as it was our last evening in Moniga, Garda. Showing up a few minutes early we were in a very arrogant way told that they had made a mistake and that they did not have any table available. They made it clear that this was now OUR problem. They did not request a phone number making the reservation so they could not contact us. They offered us to wait for 1h ! in 35c heat and with hungry kids. After trying to talk to a rude and stressed out waiter he cursed in Italian naturally expecting us not to 'understand ' in a annoying and extremely arrogant way. The kids were really sad. Luckily we managed to stop a neighboring apartment on the resort from making reservations."

"Siamo andati al Baraonda la sera del primo maggio, serata fredda e piovosa. Ma qui abbiamo trovato il calore di casa. Merito delle luci, dell’ arredamento e della disposizione dei tavoli, ma anche della titolare che con precisione ci ha spiegato le farine usate per le pizze e ci ha accolti come ospiti graditi pur essendo la prima volta che venivamo a Soriano del Lago. Ottime le pizze degustate (marinara e salsiccia) e impeccabile il servizio. Alle pareti splendide foto di farfalle. In un angolo si legge: “Non correre dietro alle farfalle, cura il giardino affinché vengano a te!” Mai aforisma fu meglio azzeccato!"

"We visited the FootBall Pub with friends including children. Most importantly the food is really good varying from bruschetta to pizza to hamburgers and steaks etc. Everything is football themed. The dishes all have football related names. You can have a George Best pizza which I had and was beautiful or a Pirlo hamburger or an Old Trafford bruschetta amongst many others. The decor is all football themed too from shirts on the walls to a Subbuteo pitch etc. One area is set out like a modern football dressing room. The day we were there it was full but not crowded though if there is a match on I was told that it gets pretty crowded. I would definitely recommend it and you don’t need to be a football fan to enjoy the food at a reasonable price. We had pizza or hamburger with a couple of drinks each for €20 each."
