"if you could give 0 stars, i would be happy to do so after today's promotion. usually, people only write reviews out of dissatisfaction which is a shame for many companies, since satisfied customers often do not leave any feedback (which is unfortunate turns out to be semi optimal for the use of reviews. Unfortunately, we would therefore like to join this broad mass today. we have been ordering from dominos quite often since 2016. today, unfortunate, a small mistake crept into our order (different name on the bell than stated due to the stupid automatic filling in of the smartphones and not checking again . in the heat of the moment, the thumb was faster on the order button than reacting and correcting the error. less than 2 minutes later we called to ask for the name change in the shop. the clerk affirmed our correction. 50 minutes later (after the orders usually never lasted longer than 20 35 minutes, since we live in the immediate vicinity . we called the shop a second time to check if everything was going according to plan with our delivery. the clerk said rudely that our name was not 't on the doorbell (although we had clarified and confirmed this by phone 53 minutes beforehand . Unfortunately, after we said, disappointingly, that we didn't think it was okay, the employee looked for further errors at the expense of the customer, seeking as the cell phone number wasn't correct either. it's a shame that you can't find any other way of dealing with regular customers than behaving like this. and no solution. or even find a goodwill solution. bathroom service. Unfortunately bad employee who has not been taught how to deal with customers. it's sad enough when companies like this don't have to value good service. without being personally offensive, however, seeking an employee is not truly gifted with people skills. Too bad you find no other way around with masters than to behave like that and not a solution. or even find a culinary solution. poor service. unfortunately worse hired, who did not get learned how to deal with paying customers. sad enough if such companies do not have to pay for a good service. without being personally attacking, however, such a worker is not really blessed by social competence."
