The restaurant was acceptable and service ok but could have been better

seems to leave the hill since the last visit, frozen seafood and bad service.

Eating was great, veggie options, where really nice and everything tasted fresh. perfect place if you want a classic Chinese, that is very well cooked. View menu

Good food and wine. Main problem was a minutes wait between starter (crispy duck) and main course. It has Karaoke rooms so blast of music and singing' would occur a little noisy.

Food was normal, but our mood and lunch was ruined by their bad and rude service. I am sure there are many other more restaurants are worth to go than this one. I will never return to this one.

I was just having a quick meal for one as having working late. Had duck rolls and a seafood noodle dish.All ok, but would like to have had more time to have a more interesting meal which looked to be available on the menu. View menu

Always found it difficult to get good Chinese food in London but Kirin did the job. Setting pleasant if not a little quiet. Service good very attentive. Very tasty dishes. Only complaint is it is a bit pricey. May be as it is in an area during the week that caters for rich banker types but cannot fault the food. Wine well priced though to be fair.

The food was good but it felt like we waited hours for it to arrive. They brought the food separately as well and we waited almost mins for the last part of it. The place was not even that busy so it didn’t make sense. People sitting next to us arrive after us and got their food much quicker This is also a karaoke place so be prepared to hear drunken loud singing down the corridor whilst you’re eating Definitely wouldn’t go back again sorry.

there was no great experience at all, I had seen all reviews about the bad customer service, but then they said that eating was good, so I thought I had a chance to give me. I should not listen to all reviews, the service was terrible that we did not welcome when we came, we had to go to the waiter to get a place. he took a long time to take our orders and when we called him over and tried to make the eye contact, he totally ignored us and called on his personal mobile device. then, to round it off, he stood behind the bar and made a covidtest right in front of the customers. When I pulled him over, he could only say that he was sorry, I was totally shocked. View menu
