"If the backdrop of a restaurant is already praised as a sight and can also be found on an idyllic side arm of the former Burggraben, you can only be curious what could follow! Everyone doesn't have a spelling error when you get the Adr. It is known over the boundaries of Detmolds. On the one hand, because the house in which it is housed should be originally built in the local open-air museum post, but decades ago they decided against it. For this reason, the building was built in 1780/1781 in the village of Belle by Johan Wilhelm Lakemeier and Friderika Henrietta Gelhaus since 1977. It is a window into the past with regional, fresh cuisine and above all social responsibility. The restaurant offers a daily ticket, but unfortunately we had to find that here the saying: “Who comes first, grinds first” unfortunately had to be noticed when we decided to come. The reason that was crucial to me was that it was advertised that there was a local speciality offered by Lippian Pickert... but it was different... Despite countless cooking shows in the Glotze, the profession as such is not very popular among young people. If so, there are arguments that speak against an “exploratory” to give a chance no matter what way they can be. The restaurant "Alleman im Spiecker" is a positive exception, as it offers young people a perspective in which they are best promoted despite their difficult life, but are also integrated into the team from the outset as an apprentice. All I have written so far can be found on the homepage shown here. Now for actual assessment. As you can see on the photos, the ambience was outside as well as a beautiful view inside. The device can be called rustic. Wood is the right keyword in place: work for construction and as tables and benches where we have also taken place. As we have come, you only come in through a staircase and a part is raised inside, so it would be difficult for disabled people and only for cyclists. Since the rear part is on a water body, I doubt that there is further access! Since the toilets can be reached via a staircase, there is also the same objection as just one. They are small, but clean and tidy. No reason to contradict. If you had heard so much about a specialty and also pointed out on the homepage, I was very glad that it was presented as a daily menu on the slate board before it was. So I also ordered the Lippical Pickert at the young Azubine. Then it was said to wait... After a bed our drinks were served: 0.2 l Cola for €2,10 for my friend and a white wine choir for € 3,50. In the meantime, my friend chose a dish from the small but fine card: forest mushroom carving for 14,90 €... Jaaa and as the supplement salad was added, I had to after about 10 min. It was only learned that my ordered court was sold out at 12 noon: could not at least inform the experienced service... It really surprises me that this was not removed from the menu overview on a display in front of the entrance. Well, there was anticipation, so I ordered the same immediately: forest mushroom cream chips from the lippical pig with potatoram and salad. Neither the salad nor the trip really convinced me and the young service seemed overwhelmed, although we were the only guests, shortly after the early evening. We were both enthusiastic about the delicate meat with the crispy panade. They immediately realized that it was freshly prepared, unfortunately it does not really tear up the overall result. After weighing down all the points raised here, we want to forgive very good 3 stars. By the way, in another place, I was actually able to try out the mentioned speciality... that is another story;"
