"The Syrian Lebanese restaurant in the heart of Schwabing (about a 2-minute walk from Munich's freedom, which I wanted to test, but somehow I'm never there. Well, during the holidays between the years, it finally worked. As a half-syrer I am constantly looking for good Syrian or Lebanese restaurants where the food should taste just as delicious as my Arab grandmother: Ksara has its entrance right at the intersection Haimhauser Str. and Marktstraße. The restaurant is not very large and has a maximum of 40 guests. We get a quiet two table and decide as an appetizer for the appetizer variations for two people (39 EUR. There are also many Syrian Lebanese cuisine served in small bowls. Cibbe, humus, salads, dough bags, Arabic flat bread and much more. For this we try a Lebanese red wine that tastes really fruity and full-bodied. The 17 small bowls are soon eaten empty and there is enough appetite for the main dish. I decide for grilled lamb on the spit. Rice, salad and stuffed bread are served. I have to say this was with the best lamb I've ever eaten. Super delicate, very tasty and grilled to the point. Since the wine tastes so well, we order another glass. We don't have the dessert this time because we're really tired. Conclusion: The quality of food is perfect. Full Arabic cuisine without taste. Sufficient portions and a very pleasant atmosphere. The boss has served and also the rest of the staff is super friendly, attentive and typical Arab hospitable. We were certainly not here last time and look forward to the next visit to Ksara."
