I paid 10.80€ for my carving and 2.60 for a 0.4 l radler. the other carvings were also in the order of magnitude. which is quite appropriate for the quality of food. very satisfied we had a nice evening in a cozy environment. who should come to marienberg, how to try carvings or typical bitter potato dishes such as buttermilk tea, is here. with beautiful weather you can sit outside and enjoy the view of the historical zschopauer tor and the marienkirche. from 15.ß9.2015 on the way from hessen to berlin we spontaneously made a way around the mountain chain to then drive our way over Freiberg and dresden, which we had all the time in the world. the lonely idea was to eat a carving here again and see if they are still so excellent. also my shadow didn't know the restaurant yet. he could hardly decide in the diversity of the lucullic carving variations, then he chose the deftige ratsherrenschnitzel. "Wahrscheinlich der beste Döner in Marienberg ... wobei das natürlich alles Geschmackssache ist. Wichtig: Hier gibt es den Döner auch mit Hähnchenfleisch und das nicht nur bis 18 Uhr... wie bei einigen Mitbewerbern. Die wirklich scharfe Chili Soße ist zwar lecker, aber wenn man etwas zu viel davon erwischt ich sage nur: Ground Zero! Auch die Auswahl an Pizzen ist abwechslungsreich. Die Preise haben hier mittlerweile ganz schön angezogen. Allerdings ist man da in guter Gesellschaft . Wenn man dem Treiben in der Küche etwas zuschaut, kommen einem ab und an leise Zweifel an den hygienischen Umständen. Aber ich hoffe sehr, dass dieser Schein trügt."

"Wir hatten uns heute auf einen schönen Abend mit Freunden in der Bravo Pizza in Marienberg gefreut.Bisher sind wir immer satt und zufrieden nach Hause gegangen!Leider war das heute nicht so!!!!! Vorsorglich hatten wir einen Tisch bestellt für 17.30!Irgendwie war schon verwirrend als wir kurz nach 17,00 Uhr ankamen,das uns ein Tisch zugewiesen wurde,der irgendwas mit 18,30 Uhr zu tun hatte,was uns leider in schlechtem Deutsch vermittelt wurde,und wir es nicht richtig deuten konnten.Wir haben bestellt,gegessen(das Essen war kalt),etwas getrunken und wollten jetzt den Abend genießen im Restaurant..Da wir gleich den Tisch am Eingang hatten,bekamen wir mit,daß mit den Reservierungen an diesem Abend so Einiges schief gelaufen sein muß,denn es haben verschiedene Familien,die Tische bestellt hatten,die Gaststätte unverrichteter Dinge wieder verlassenauch die nachfolgenden Reservierungen stimmten nicht,wo uns dann in dem Zusammenhang auch mitgeteilt wurde,man hätte uns am Anfang gesagt,18.30Uhr brauche man den Tisch....wie bitte, für uns nicht verständich erklärt am Anfang des Abends..wir haben noch etwas zu Trinken bestellt,und dann wurden wir sofort gefragt,zahlen mit Karte oder bar,,haben bezahlt,wollten noch in Ruhe Austrinken,und dann kommt allen Ernstes nochmals eine Kellnerin an den Tisch und sagt zu uns:WEIL WIR JETZT BEZAHLT HÄTTEN DACHTEN SIE WIR GEHEN GLEICH.Da könnte ich mir nicht verkneifen zu sagen,das wir uns diesen Abend anders vorgestellt hatten!WIR HABEN SEHR VERÄRGERT DIESES LOKAL VERLASSEN UND WERDEN ES AUCH NICHT WIEDER BESUCHEN...SIE HABEN IN DEN LETZTEN JAHREN SEHR VIEL GELD AN UNS VERDIENT,HATTEN EINIGE GROẞE FAMILIENFEIERN DORT,WAS WIR HEUTE SEHR BEREUT HABEN,,,ZUM GLÜCK GIBT ES NOCH SEHR VIELE ANDERE SCHÖNE LOKALE IN MARIENBERG"

"Als Einheimischer hatten wir schon viel von hier gehört. Ich kann leider nicht verstehen warum man hier gern hingeht. Da Ambiente, klassisches Dorfkneipenambiente im 80er Jahre Stil... einfach nur lieblos und abgezockt. Das Essen, ein Omelett Tomate Feta mit einem Salatblatt, Tomatenscheibe und Pertersilie für 10€ , Pommes kosten noch extra.... das Preis-Leistungsverhältniss ist unterirdisch... Der Service, auch in schwierigen Zeiten ist es möglich 15 Pers in 10 Min Zeitfenster zu servieren... man hätte können locker das Desert aufessen bevor der letzte seinen Hauptgang serviert bekam. Und wieso kann ich keine Tabletts benutzen? Bestimmt kann man hier zur Himmelfahrt schön ne BoWu essen, mehr leider nicht.."

"as last bar in marienberg, the old man makes his status all honor. the Irish-Pub concept was very well implemented and attracts both young and old. besides a very friendly service there are also delicious and particularly inexpensive snacks. the beer assortment is extensive and exotic. no question, this last is worth a visit in any case!"
