An exotic restaurant, a real tasty trip to Japan, far from clichés and preconceived ideas. Fine, harmonious and delicate dishes. The service is attentive and respectful. The only downside was that the dishes were not hot enough.

The kitchen is inventive and very balanced. exotic without being too spicy. the service is accurate and attentive. The atmosphere was intimate this Saturday evening (not full). an escape from the time of an evening, don’t expect a traditional restaurant, it’s a whole concept and let yourself be carried by the good care of the owner of the place that will offer you the best taste alliances. the wines are exceptional and carefully chosen for each dish, the visual quality as well as the dishes are incredible. It is a happiness to consume without moderations

But what a restaurant! An excellent time, very careful dishes and delicate dishes? And a whole story that accompanies each dish. As said at the restaurant, I think the narrative is a little lacking on the website or on the menu, it's a shame because the story around the dishes and the restaurant is very interesting (and very well told by Richard . I also think that an “East to West” or chronological menu would also be a very good way to guide people in their discovery. But go there with your eyes closed (but with a little money because all these choice dishes, artisanal dishes and excellent wines have a cost! and you will not be disappointed!
