"MARRE D'ÊTRE DES VACHES À LAIT Moi and my companion will take a tour on the Place d'Armes de Valenciennes to enjoy the braderie on Monday, September 10. We expect to eat in the city center for noon and our choice stops on LA PARISIENNE. So we're going on a terrace hoping to spend a good time... and it's from that moment that our disappointment began: We arrive at 12:15, the server takes the command from 12:45!! I must admit that he was overflowed but, he was not alone and was helped by 2 waitresses. To begin with, we learn about the wines: the waiter obviously did not know the wines and had a lot of difficulty understanding us. Obviously we disturbed him and he made us feel well. My companion's dish came cold. We asked to warm it up: it is still a problem visibly in the face of the waitress' head. Having ordered a mussel/frite for me, I start eating while waiting for the dish (heating) of my companion, second problem: a long black hair in the fries!!"
