"we love the atmosphere in reus at night, a lot of life, many corners to discover! The restaurant is located in the center, beautiful inside and with a very cozy stew. "Os cuento lo vivido. Hago un pedido, y pasados 5 minutos mi mujer se apunta y llamo para pedir otra, y para advertir que hay otro pedido, para que no hagan 2 viajes. Viene un repartidor y me trae solo mi pizza, le comento y se sorprende, se marcha y a los 5 minutos llega otro repartidor, como estamos acostando bebés y niños, no vemos hasta media hora más tarde, que han traído una pizza que nada tiene que ver con lo pedido, llamo y lo indico y me dicen que ahora me la mandan y después de 20 minutos más, llegan y atención no solo el repartidor no me dice algo tipo, “ruego nos disculpe, nos hemos equivocado” que me suelta “¿me da la otra pizza?” Y le pregunto sorprendido por la falta de tacto ¿te han pedido que me la pidas? Y me dice “si” Muerto me he quedado. Soy un cliente que pide 1 o 2 veces por semana, y que siempre doy propina a los repartidores. Así que el tema de fidelizar clientes “nulo” Sinceramente dudo volver a llamar."

"Pros: Localització inmillorable. Personal molt atent, molt amable i agradablement ràpid. Decoració senzilla, moderna, i distribució de taules ben espaiada per no tocar-te omòplat contra omòplat amb el de la taula de darrere, fet cada cop més difícil de trobar avui en dia. Menjar d'alta qualitat i amb una presentació molt ben aconseguida, ho agraeixen tots els sentits. Preu realment ajustat a l'experiència, per tant una relació qualitat-preu excel·lent. Contres: Que no puc escriure cap contra, i amb lo perepunyetes que sóc diu molt del local. De continuar així, sens dubte serà un punt de referència a Reus."

"The food and wine was good. But the waiter added a dish of seared steak fillet to our order without us realising or agreeing (I don't speak Catalan and my Spanish is weak). This dish was 19 euro of a total bill for 2 of Euro 80 a quarter of the bill! Other dishes were half the price. Also when I paid I clearly asked for the credit card robe charged in Euro but he charged it in GBP. This will cost me about £4 extra. So recommended if you check your order carefully."
