La cucina di Locanda Case Bortot a noi è piaciuta assai..... Ti siedi e non devi aver fretta perché qui' tutto va' gustato con calma..... Piatti genuini con prodotti tipici di qualità! Straconsigliato andarci. Top.

La strada per raggiungere la locanda è un pochino stretta e impervia. I piatti sono molto curati, particolari, tutti a base di prodotti locali rigorosamente citati nel menù. Quantità equa. Il costo del coperto, 4 euro a testa, è comprensivo di acqua di rubinetto a volontà e di pane e grissini fatti in casa. Prezzo adeguato alla qualità. unique experience . a little off hand, but when you get it you understand that you are in a place you will hardly see elsewhere. breathtaking views. You feel out of chaos in the middle of the mountain. excellent dishes at true km zero. flavors and very refined cuisine. Nothing is left to chance. Even music in a very light background wraps you in a unique experience. courteous owner who knows how to make you comfortable. The price? slightly higher than average, but you know why.

The place is located on the hills over Belluno, it's not too easy to reach but it's worth the way. The restaurant had a terrace on the valley and the woods showing a really cool landscape. The food is really good, the recipes are innovative and with a mix of local ingredients with international meats. Both first and second courses were great, the portions were also abundant so we didn't have the chance to try any dessert. The price is quite high, but is really reasonable compared to what you get.

During the 3 nights that we stayed at the hotel we decided to eat in the restaurant as it was more convenient for us. The food was very good. We tried nearly every plate available on the menu...not even one was worth complaining about. Eventually the plates became more personal as well. Instead of polenta, I preferred roast potatoes and that is what I got. The tagliata was awesome...it was a very long time that I last had one cooked to perfection as this. I fully recommend the restaurant for excellent food, not mentioning the views, the style of the restaurant and cosiness it offers. View menu

La locanda ha una cucina raffinata, particolare, non il 'solito agriturismo di montagna ' Il posto è piccolo, intimo con una vista sui monte e la valle molto bella. Non do 5 stelle solo perché il servizio è molto basico, poco ti viene spiegato e anche l 'accoglienza è stata poco calorosa. Suggerisco sicuramente una visita e una mangiata, ma se non siete amanti del sale attenzione perché è tutto mooolto saporito e abbondante. Ottimi i dolci e i caffè! Io ho bevuto il samac buonissimo. In 4 con: due antipasti, 4 primo, 4 secondi vino della casa, 4 caffe e 1 dolce abbiamo speso 100 euro. Quindi 50 euro a testa.

Ospiti di alcuni amici di Polpet e Belluno abbiamo apprezzato sia la location immersa nel verde sia la cucina. Il menù molto ricco e ben descritto ci proponeva specialità della zona saggiamente selezionate dal proprietario. A parte il tagliere ricco di salami di ogni specie accompagnati da formaggio locale, ci siamo dedicati a due assaggi di primo favolosi , con pasta e sfoglia rigorosamente fatti in casa. Un ragù di ' cortile ' fatto alla perfezione e dei ravioli ai mirtilli da Nobel, per proseguire con uno spezzatino di capriolo con un unica pecca... leggermente salato. Il tutto accompagnato da un buon vino della casa di giusta acidità.
