I have been a few times during my stay in the Bordeaux area and was never disappointed. I first experienced this restaurant during a visit to the Merignac Rotary club that meets there, then came back a few times because I loved the place and the food so much.

Great sea food from the cold buffet, lots of selection, really great value. Hot buffet is great, I chose the rare beef. Plenty of side food kept in warm dishes. Great wine selection. The two head waiters have been there at least for the last 12 years and provide great service.

We had a buffet dinner here as part of a group, but we left a bit disappointed in that the quality of the food wasn't as good as was hoped or anticipated. It was essentially cold when it should have been hot, or warm at least. The feeling was that it had been prepared in a hurry or was a leftover from earlier (unlikely, I know). I'm sure the restaurant could do better but our experience wasn't the best. View menu
