"Ski lunch and the food was good, best soup on the mountain. Its interesting to look round inside, decor is fun and cool, tunes outside thumping. But beware the toilets. I never understand how venues that clearly want to be upmarket think its ok to have very few toilets kept in horrible condition. They need to be quantity appropriate for the 000's seated upstairs and clean very very basic customer experience requirements. I didn't have to pay for them as some other mention."

"Edelweiss is a lovely restaurant. Great position on the slopes, has had a fabulous refurb extension and the food is generally excellent. So why my two stars ? Because we were badly let down by poor service. We had not booked but the owner manager accommodated us after a short wait. We were attended to quickly in terms of drinks, and ordered food quickly before the other tables in our part of the restaurant, as we didn’t want to stay too long. Unfortunately our waitress managed to lose our order and after all the other tables had one or two courses, we were still waiting to receive anything. Two stars is perhaps a bit harsh, but poor service is such a killer of an otherwise good restuarant. Such a shame as we had a great experience a few days prior with a larger group."
