"We have known this restaurant for years and it has been constantly improving. Very good value for money. The staff are very welcoming and you can feel the desire to pass on the knowledge from the owners to the apprentices. We can feel a great atmosphere among the staff. The quality of the food is very, very good (I don't say excellent because excellence doesn't exist). If you are passing through Chartres, don't hesitate to go there for lunch or dinner. You won't regret it."
