"At this burger place, the focus is clearly more on the burger than on the atmosphere and experience. The interior looks quite standard. There is nothing too special about it. The burgers are quite customizable. The prices for customizations are however quite high. For example, removing or replacing a feature does not mean that you don't pay for the removed feature. Some of the higher priced items do not jusitify the comparably high price. The Trüffelpommes for example are fries with a thin layer of cheese and a tiny sprinkle of trüffel that are both used up after the first five fries. Disappointing, expected more from these fries for this price. I personally did not enjoy the burger. But maybe it was just my choice. I have heard that their only vegetarian burger was fine after doing some costly addons. However, there is not much choice about vegetarian products. After asking politely, we were given the WiFi key."

"After a corona-related feeling of eternity, we finally managed to make a visit to Vjekoslav Pavić's star-created brasserie and let us be pampered professionally by his wife Lena and Zsolt Páll. When entering the restaurant, it smelled sorrowful to Saffron, who reappeared in greeting from the kitchen and formed a wonderful entry into a magnificent menu accompanied by Palatinate wines. The fine beef tar with red bee decomposed on the tongue and was also visually a pleasure, the Palatinate asparagus had a very special mouth feeling and tasted excellent thanks to the crisp mustard grains in the champagnenage. Then for us, in the form of the Bretonian seaweed fillet with green asparagus and Topinambur, came the absolute climax that brought me tears of joy into my eyes: The Madeira truffle sauce was an absolute poem for kneeling! The Husumer lamb cooked to the point in the bread coat was butter soft, on a taste also very high level and also an eye-catcher due to the colourful paprika. The stunningly delicious cream from Valehonachocolate with pistachios crunch inside and iced pomegranate formed both tastefully and visually the sweet finale of a culinary delight to which we will remember for a long time. Thank you very much, hvala lijepa, Vjekoslav, Lena and team for this wonderful culinary experience and continue all the best!"

"Wir hatten 2 verschiedene Nudel und 3 Vorspeisen. Hähnchen was sehr aromatisch und lecker. Garnelen sehr knusprig, einwandfrei. Essen wurde abgeholt und war Punkt genau fertig. Bedienung sehr freundlich. Freuen uns aus den nächsten Besuch"

"Wir waren schon öfter hier essen. Und vorab die Qualität ist zumindest gleich geblieben bzw. hat sich in Nuancen sogar verbessert. Man kann hier sowohl am Büfett teilnehmen als auch a la Carte essen. Wir bevorzugen das Büfett. Es ist abwechslungsreich und enthält m.E. alles, was man von einem chinesischen Büfett erwartet (Fleisch, Fisch, Garnelen, verschiedene Gemüse, etc. Die Gerichte waren alle frisch zubereitet und schmeckten uns. Preislich liegt man mit 12,50€ für das Mittasbüfett noch durchaus im üblichen Rahmen. Auch die Getränkepreise sind i.O. Wir können das Restaurant nur weiter empfehlen, zumal auch die nette Art der Bedienung zu dem angenehmen Gesamtambiente beiträgt."

"Den „Hopfenspeicher“ gibt es in Pirmasens nun schon seit vielen Jahren, nur unterbrochen von einem kurzen Umzug nach Rodalben. Seit geraumer Zeit ist er jetzt wieder zurück in Pirmasens. Er ist eines der wenigen Lokale in der Fußgängerzone. Neben dem großen Innenbereich kann man bei gutem Wetter auch auf der Terrasse sitzen. Die Karte ist recht groß und umfasst 40 – 50 Hauptgerichte (auch rein vegetarische). Einige Gerichte gibt es auch als kleine Portionen (im Preis minus 2,-- € ). Insgesamt gesehen sind die Preise moderat. Sie bewegen sich zwischen 9,-- und 13,-- € (Ausnahme Steaks). Gleiches gilt für die Getränke; die Weine gibt es ab 2,80 € (0,2l). Ein Bier (0.4l) kostet 2,70 € und für alkoholfreie Getränke bezahlt man für 0,4l ab 3,20 €. Wir hatten bei unserem Besuch ein Tagesessen zu 6,90 € ( Schnitzel mit Beilagen ) sowie einen Nizzasalat (7,90 € ). Beide Gerichte waren gut; der Nizzasalat hätte etwas mehr Thunfisch vertragen. Insgesamt gesehen kann das Lokal durchaus empfohlen werden. Allerdings hat meiner Meinung nach das Lokal ggü. dem „alten“ Hopfenspeicher etwas an Atmosphäre verloren. Früher hingen Hopfenblüten von der Decke, mehr Holz war zu sehen und die Stimmung war uriger. Nach der Renovierung wirkt das Ganze nun etwas kälter."
