"A great food.If we want to afford something special, we'll come over here.Our meat was cooked to the point. Here a thermometer and low temperature is used, so this result is not a lucky hit! We had lamb and deer, so lean meat with very little taste of our own, but the sauce did a great job.Only the portion of vegetables had the statist role as color contrast. Here I would have liked 1-2 parts per color more.As dessert we had mousses of chocolate and pot dumplings with very good consistency. Personally, the Marillen filling of the potenknödel was not sweet enough but I also have overweight so I am not a benchmark here.In total, all manufacturing tolerances and the money are absolutely worth."

Very nice holiday dinner! We were eating here twice and everything was a real taste experience! The menu is well-composed and really something special! The wines from the Fischer Winery harmonize. The service is very friendly and recommends the really suitable wines or desserts and also digestifs. There were two very nice evenings!
