cleanliness, beautiful construction and garden/piscine (not heated) with sea view and bedroom (15) spacious ground floor of garden. Excellent breakfast (homemade) you should think of aerating the rooms before the arrival of the guests and reviewing the decor (fauteuils and wall fabric) a little old... in the end few things!
