Nice and small restaurant. Choice is limited, but the quality is more than excellent. A reservation could help to secure a table.

both for lunch (from midday menu, 2 course menu for €14,50) and for dinner there. interesting dishes, tasty. a little expensive for the offered. also the restaurant becomes very loud due to tight tables and hard walls.

We have found this płace on TripAdvisor, and get lucky to get table during Ambiente fair. Place is small but nice. We were 8 People and everyone was Happy with the food. Owner is really nice guy, talking with guest and maling this dinner special.

A very nice little in the cellar vault restaurant (here a tol loud). Service very friendly and accommodating. Our food*Hirschrücken with glaciered rose cabbage, cranberry and late zle* was fantastic and to be contested from the price. If you want to eat very well with good friends, LEON is very good.

We went on a quiet niigh, it's a smart basement setting with bare stone and vaulted roof.Managed on this occasion by a single waiter, who we guess was also the proprietor, but very friendly and helpful.Menu is modern German/European, not extensive but all very good.We would be happy to go again, better for couples rather than groups, so it's always going to be more gentle than it's larger neighbors.

I have to admit, privately, I'm more used to home cooking. I came to this beautiful cellar vault. since I was there in a larger group, the selection of food was pre-ordered. so all the dishes incl. pre- and dessert could be served quickly and simultaneously for all and no one had to wait what I feel as a double plus point. eating was really nothing to put out. I had laughs as an appetizer, then brainshot with fantastic wesing and as a dessert pear crumble. only the service that was courteous and attentive could have been a bit looser :-)

I've been in the leon for lunch for a long time. the restaurant is small and after my understanding accommodated in a kind of cellar vault. the ambiente is not rustic but very pleasant and appealing. the greeting and the service as a whole deserve the best note. accommodating and present but at no time urgent or disturbing. the Rosé champagne from the Baden as aperitif is delicious! the salat to the appetizer was delicate and the bark fillet was also fantastic. the red wine from Austria was unusual (cuvée from bigel and syrah) and has tasted very well. the restaurant is fully recommended.

I dined here last night with 4 business partners. I found the restaurant through the TripAdvisor and it turned out I could not pick a better place. The food was delicious, and the courses came out at nice intervals, so we could enjoy the food, wine and company. The place was quite small but perfect lighting and right spacing created comfortable, intimate and very enjoyable atmosphere. Service was excellent and had a very nice balance of friendliness and efficiency -Alfred Leon was a truly amazing host. We will definitely be back when we are in Frankfurt next time.
