"I live about two minutes to walk from this place and visit him regularly because eating is good. it is located in a suburb of düsseldorf with several good bars and restaurants. Unfortunately, this is not one of the best. it has the potential to do so, but it is managed so badly in person that it will always fall behind. the owner seems to care more about drinking with his masters than about all the other customers and his semi-hearted and overly relaxed art embodies the entire local. eating is great, the beer is great, the ambiente is really beautiful and the staff does an excellent job under difficult circumstances. the manager/owner has repeatedly exposed his people hopelessly by not ensuring that he has enough to deal with his clientele, especially when it comes to food. it is a small place, the kitchen is small, but he must find a way to better serve his customers. it is really bad, really slower service. But when it comes to eating at some point, it's really good, every time, but come on... stop treating your people like idiots, or just sell and move on. all in all, this is a great place to come if they have at least two hours of time for a ZWEI course menu."
