Good burger (in blue, which tastes blue), good beers, nice welcome. Just. Nice.

Super service, quality dishes at reasonable prices, so rare around a station. Perfect.

I was very surprised because this bistro is in front of the train station and yet it is not too expensive (Parisian prices anyway) and good.

this bistro is very well placed for who must go to the train station. The welcome is very nice, we're very comfortable. I took a very tender calf, accompanied by a sweet potatoes and clafoutis with homemade apples for dessert. On the other hand, the tables are really small. I recommend this place.

Good value for money in front of Gare de Lyon I put 5* because it is rare to eat correctly for a reasonable price to this kind of place (in front of a large Paris train station). Good meat, good homemade fries, and sauce that goes well for a little Parisian price. And especially the very nice service, whether the waiter or the bartender.

I was looking for a nice little restaurant near the train station, without falling into the traditional tourists out of price. A little by chance I found my happiness there, especially on delicious artisanal beers. The menu offers great options such as roasted cammbert, or 2/3 burgers that make the deal perfectly, with in addition, alternatives for vegetarians. Thank you!

Had researched this places and knew they had an array of outstanding beers on offer. Just so happened my hotel was within walking distance. Stopped in on a Sunday afternoon for some lunch with wife and 2 young kids. Staff were very friendly and helpful with the menu which was reasonable prices for Paris. Food went down a treat along with the awesome beers. Didn't have time to return again due to our short trip time but will definitely return it back in the area. Ps I read some reviews this place wasn't overly child friendly but I found it to be the opposite and noted a good few other children in the place.

My partner and I came here is hope to get out of the lashing rain. Little did we know that we were in for a treat! This places brews it's own beer. It's amazing! And worth the price you pay. We were greated with a warm welcome (our waiter spoke very good and clear english) We had French onion soup and then dessert and enjoyed every last mouthful. Beautiful good, friendly and welcoming atmosphere very attentive but not in an overbearing way and we where pleasantly surprised and the bill (which included 20% service charge) We came back here on our last night and again we really enjoyed our visit. Would totally recommend!

During my visit to L'Express de Lyon, I must say that I was rather disappointed by the global experience. First, the location near the Gare de Lyon station is convenient, but it seemed to be the only positive point of this establishment. The restaurant atmosphere was dull and without charm. The tables were close to each other, which did not allow to have a significant privacy during the meal. In addition, the lighting was rather dark, which gave a little welcoming atmosphere. As far as the service is concerned, I found the staff not attentive and not engaging. It took a while before we took our order, and the service was slow throughout the meal. The staff seemed to be in a hurry and uneasy...
