"We travelled to Roth from Brentwood in Essex and booked to eat at Al Castello on our second night. We can honestly say that it was as good if not better than any Italian meal we had ever had. We regularly eat out in London...and the surrounding areas and have eaten in a few of Jamie Oliver's restaurants and even Murano, amongst others Al Castello was better! The food was immaculate in its authenticity, packed with flavour and the homemade pastas were superb. We stayed in Germany for a week and ended up going there times. Would recommend to anyone who loves their food!!"

"we celebrated our high time in the forest view. everything was perfect from beginning to end. the organization ran completely smooth despite several attacks by corona. the chef had always calming and soothing cake for us and gave us everything to make the organization as relaxed as possible. on the day of high season we were completely surprised because everything was so well prepared, the tables wonderfully covered, beautifully decorated and the service as well as the food were perfect also by all the guests we have heard throughout the positiw. we'd be celebrating at any time."

"Das Restaurant Zeppelin besteht seit vielen Jahren in der Stadt Roth, es hatte seine guten Zeiten und leider auch seine schlechten Zeiten, gerade zu diesem Zeitpunkt sehe ich es als einen der schlechtesten an. Der Zeppelin war immer ein gut besuchtes Restaurant, mittags wie auch abends, dies hat leider sehr abgenommen. Das Essen ist typisch griechisch, was einer der wenigen Pluspunkte ist. Allerdings findet man auf der Speisekarte auch deutsche Gerichte, die absolut nichts mit einem Griechen zu tun haben. Der Gastgeber und Chef ist sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und höflich, dagegen kann man nichts sagen. Nun zu meinem Besuch:Meine Vorspeise war leider kein besonderes schöner Anblick, es hatte keinerlei Geschmack und allein durch das optische konnte es auch nicht schmecken..Der Hauptgang bestand aus verdorbenem Fleisch, was noch dazu.. nett ausgedrückt zu zäh war bzw. meiner Schuhsohle ähnelte. Das Dessert war lieblos auf dem Teller serviert. Geschmacklich wirklich in Ordnung bis gut.Aber das was bei mir das Fass zum überlaufen gebracht hat, waren die Kellner die sich mitten im Restaurant an die leeren Tische gesetzt haben und auf ihr Smartphone starrten und leere Gläser ignoriert haben."

"for almost 2 years the gas house lohgarten with its beautiful beer garden is now operated by the family voulgaris with a lot of engagement. a defensive Franconian and Greek Mediterranean cuisine is offered. There are also seasonal offers. it tastes all very delicious, the portions are sufficiently large and the price is full in order. the most beautiful one sits in the summer in the magnificent beer garden, which was refurbished this year. a fountain and a beautiful children's play area were also installed. for family or company celebrations is also a hall for approx. 100 people available. a recommendation for families with children, you are always happy to see."

"Eigendlich nur eine Bäckerei, aber ausgebaut zum Cafe und Bistro. Es steht auf einem grossen Parkplatz mit DM Drogeriemarkt und Fristo Getränkehandel. Ein Fußweg führt zum Lidl. Das Cafe Schmidt liegt außerhalb von Roth, direkt am Ortseingang. Gegenüber ist eine Tankstelle und der MC Donalds. Das Cafe Schmidt läd ein mit Frühstück über Mittagstisch Pizza bis abends, wo man sich gern im weitläufigen Lokal zu einem Feierabend Bier trifft. Das Cafe Schmidt ist für Pendler einfach gut zu erreichen. ( und auch zu erklären! Für Ortsfremde ein guter Treffpunkt ) Ich mache dort auch gern mal Pause, erledige meine Einkaufspflichten und trinke noch einen Kaffee, treffe mich mit Freunden oder esse Pizza. Sehr nett!"
