"We had been recommended this place (amongst others) by the owner of the apartment we were renting locally. The setting is beautiful and relaxed. You eat outside on a terrace (covered or open completely to the elements) amongst the olive trees. Our teenage kids wandered...off to explore after ordering and were found chilling in a hammock slung between the trees. There are fairy lights and lots of lanterns everywhere that add to the magical atmosphere of the place. Don't go though if you get irritated by kids eating in restaurants. There were many Italian families eating here with their young kids and lots of children running around amongst the trees. But, whereas anywhere else I might find this annoying, in this setting, it was charming! Our waitress could not speak a word of English but was absolutely delightful patient and attentive. The food was of a very good standard. All local, traditional dishes, but not a huge choice for vegetarians. Wine was excellent too. This is not a cheap night out. We paid over 200 Euros for four, although we all had three courses plus wine. But it was well worth it for a special night and is considered by the whole family as one of the highlights of our Tuscany holiday."

"Siamo ritornati in questo locale dopo circa un anno, perché ne avevamo un bel ricordo (pranzo a base di pesce consumato a fine luglio 2021), ma ci é sembrato di essere in un posto completamente diverso: servizio lento e disattento, nonostante il locale non fosse eccessivamente pieno, antipasto decoroso, mentre la pizza (sia normale che senza glutine) é stata una delle peggiori mai mangiate... anche il conto un po' salato, anche influenzato dal costo (secondo me spropositato) di 12 euro per una pizza senza glutine, con impasto (sicuramente un preparato) completamente insipido, la consistenza dei grissini ed il condimento nemmeno di eccelsa qualità (per lo meno per quanto percepito al gusto)"

"Die Tagliatelle al Sugo waren fast kalt und geschmacklos nicht mehr als moderat. Die Wache sah unauffällig aus und schmeckte so. Es war trocken. Die Tomaten für den Salat waren unreif. Die Zeit dafür ist jetzt einfach in Italien vorbei, da Sie besser saisonale Gemüse servieren können. Wir haben nicht so teuer gegessen wie hier auf unserer Reise, aber leider das Schlimmste. Leider kann der angestrebte Service das nicht ändern. Schade."

"Piacevole scoperta mentre girellavamo nel paese,molto caratteristico,centrale ,personale gentile disponibile cortese ottimo cibo caratteristico dalla vellutata di Ceci,pappardelle al cinghiale, Fagioli all uccelletto,insomma veramente buono sembra che il tempo si sia fermato bello bello!"
