"Having grown up in San Francisco and traveled extensively in China, this is as close as you'll get to Hong Kong in Germany. Hong Kong is the greatest food city in the world (bar none!), in my opinion, and it is just not possible to duplicate. If you want to eat nice food, you of course don't eat "buffet". They serve a good variety of made-to-order Dim Sum all the time, but my personal favorite is Soy Source Chicken with some Chinese Brocolli or Boc Choy and steamed rice. The soups are very good as well (I like "C5" on the menu). The biggest reason to go, however, is the friendly people. It is family run and you will be treated like family. We've been going to Lu Fung since our son was old enough to hold chopsticks, so almost 10 years now. I like the old, smaller location much better, but at least you can find parking now (it's by the Saturn store with a big parking lot).Go, you'll like it!"

We found maggots in our food. I took video and showed to the waitress. Restaurant didn't even bother to apologise. star rating for that.

This is a good restaurant for a tasty lunchtime meal. The all you can eat buffet lunch offers a variety of Chinese dishes: soups, sushi, salads, including rice and noodles with various beef, fish, duck, pork and chicken dishes. The restaurant is clean and the staff is friendly.

Don't let the restaurant oily buffet and cold ambient put you off. The food from the a la carte menu are excellent. The dim sum, meat and vegetable dishes are freshly prepared, superbly flavored and not the typical greasy, MSG-heavy, gooey chinese food one normally...gets in Germany. Service is a little rushed, but the food alone is worth the trip. View menu

This has been my second time at the Lu Fung, which seems to be the only Chinese in the area that can do good Dim Sum. They have a wide range of dishes and also buffet, though I have never tried that. Parking is no...problem, and the restaurant is, as most Chinese places, quite big. But not too loud even if it is full. The staff is very friendly, if slow at times. Prices are reasonable, we paid for people for a huge amount of Dim Sum and drinks which I think is perfectly fine for the quality and amount. Can only recommend to try the Dim Sum yourself!!!

Not a bad place in itself, I used to go quite regularly with business. The food tastes good and is reasonably priced. As I lived nearby I decided to occasionally drop in for a lunchtime or evening buffet. Almost always there was literally nothing left to eat. I always arrived well within their advertised serving times but they were never keen to refill the food once eaten. I think they see this as a cheap way to bring people in but don't like to do it, so they don't do it well. This happened around five times. The last time, I asked if they were planning to and they were rude and unhelpful. I haven't been back since. I understand they may not do as well from the buffet as the menu but if the... View menu
