"Actually, we'd done the Star Kitchen many years ago, but. After the show by Hanger 7, Salzburg, where Mr. Bau Gastkoch was, we were so excited that we wanted to see him. Thankfully we have a table today. From the table reservation to the reception in the restaurant were all super friendly, fully competent and relaxed. We had the menu Paris- Tokyo with 14 courses! After the first six passages we were very satisfied, but from the seventh passage the menu was from another planet. Thanks to Christian Bau and his team, they presented us with such a beautiful and relaxed day. No more, no less and really without words. We will definitely come back as soon as the next menu is announced!"
