"Wir waren als Familie auf Empfehlung zum ersten Mal dort. Zunächst muss man sagen, dass der Empfang sehr herzlich und freundlich war. Souveräner und zuvorkommender Service. Das kann man nicht besser machen. Wir saßen im Nebenzimmer, Hell und freundlich, Gediegen, aber leider nicht mit Tischdecke eingedeckt. Die Speiskarte machte einen gut strukturierten Eindruck wennschon die Preise doch schon sehr überraschten. Coupe de Mirabelle 8,50 ist schon eine Hausnummer. Ich hatte eine Rinderbrühe mit Marklössen als Vorspeise, soweit ok. Kräftig und schmackhaft und auch schön heiß. Dann gab es einen Fisch (knapp 35 Euro) mit Etwas Gemüse und Salzkartoffeln. die Portion war völlig ausreichend. Leider war der Fisch, der auf der Haut gebraten war nicht GOLDGELB sondern dunkelbraun und leider auch schon etwas trocken. Nun kann man sagen, wenn der Laden bis auf den letzten Platz am Sonntag belegt ist, kann das mal passieren im a la Carte Geschäft. Wenn man aber fast 35 Euro dafür aufruft ist das schon weit weg von seriös. Nachtisch wollten wir nehmen, Creme Brulle, für 9,90, aber auch das erschien uns dann doch sehr überteuert. Der kalkulatorische Ansatz: Materialkosten mal drei ist hier wohl eher dem Faktor vier oder fünf gewichen. Liebe Leute, das ist schon heftig. Gleiches galt für den Salat meiner Frau. Fast 25 Euro., war schon ne Nummer. Auf der andern Seite war das Haus bis auf den Letzen Platz belegt. Fazit: Sie machen wohl alles richtig. Auch wenn für uns Qualität und Preis nicht übereinander passen. Und nochmal an der Stelle positiv erwähnt: Essen kam heiß auf den Tisch und der Service war ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sollte aber auch selbstverständlich sein."

Wirklich gutes Restaurant in Perl. Chateaubriand wie man es sich wünscht. Ich kann es sehr empfehlen.

Die Gastlichkeit ist sensationell. Sehr familiär Wir haben über Wikinger Reisen dieses Hotel gebucht. Super freundlicher Service sehr leckeres Essen. Ich komme gern gern wieder hierher.

Wir haben das Restaurant besucht und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Service war unaufdringlich und äußerst freundlich, das Essen war hervorragend und die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr ansprechend gestaltet. Sehr gute Weinempfehlung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ich wurde sehr nett empfangen. Eine unerwartete Nachbuchung wurde möglich gemacht. Das Zimmer war sauber und gemütlich, die Fenster schallisoliert. Meine Abendessen a` la Cart waren ausgezeichnet. Morgens erwartete mich ein reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Gerne komme ich wieder

Sehr gut gegessen. Rinderfilet mit Pilze. Service war auch gut . Ich war ziemlich überrascht das so viel los war Mitte in der Woche um 13uhr. Die Deko ist Geschmack Sache passt aber zu der Region . Und alles sehr sauber. Vorsicht Einbahnstraße , bin auf den Rückweg in der falsche Richtung gefahren View menu

Hervorragend geführtes Hotel mit Top Restaurant im Dreiländereck . Im Weinort Perl in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße gelegen hervorragend geeignet für Fahrrad Wanderer und Cabriotouren die das Moseltal als Weinregion entdecken wollen. Service und Küche hervorragend. Saisonale und regionale Speise- sowie Weinkarte.

We stayed in November in a three-bed room with half board. Dinner was excellent, the service was very good. Arrival very friendly. The facilities and atmosphere of the restaurant were particularly pleasant and high quality. Sufficient parking is available. The room was very good. The hotel is absolutely recommended in everything.
