"After we have spontaneously not got a table in many restaurants in Plauen, I was so pleased to book a table online after a short time... especially I have to highlight our waitress who has served us so friendly and competently, so it makes fun to go with friends to eat! Thank you all and we come back to all the cases "

"we wanted to go with our children's shoes, but from the price of performance we were shocked. For children from years to ask for the full price is more than usual. the drinks are not included in the price. we have paid for a family."

"Had the wings for my mains, plenty of meat of them which I like. Peope rant rave about the wings I have had better, there was nothing wrong with them I was just expecting a lot more because of that. I was expecting these to blow me away like something I’ve never had before because of what I’ve heard about them which made me have higher expectations but that’s on their end. Massive portion which I couldn’t finish lovely buffalo type sauce. Had the fish tacos for starters and although they’re a starter I would like them to be slightly bigger or have more prawn on them. Big fan of these 10/10, would usually be something I’d turn my nose at but since having ate them I’ve ordered them while eating out since."

"One of best Asian/Pakistani/Indian and more importantly halal food in Dublin!! Parking may be an issue during the day but out of hours easily available nearby!! Variety of desi dishes including nihari karahi paaye as well snacking samosay and chana chaat Although not very big dining area but both tables and carpet sitting options!! Food taste was good atleast in Dublin with reasonable quantity and price!!"

"When we first walked in the staff just didn’t acknowledge us there was no table of 6 available so asked if we could move the table of 2 and table of 4 together as they were next to each other and both free. At first we was told no and then after a bit of explaining we was told we’d have to wait 15 minutes so they could clear the table. There was a tray with a few empty drinks on. 15 mins was up so we all went in and sat down the tray with drinks on was still on the table and the table hadn’t even been wiped. After all getting settled the waitress finally moved the tray and explained they was busy. We ordered drinks and food together. The drinks took 20 minutes to come. I had coke in a bottle and a glass with ice in. My ice was already half melted. Over an hour later our food came out. Burgers were dry. The Mac and cheese was the worst thing I had ever seen. It was like really stodgy porridge and did not taste of cheese at all. Any time we asked the waitress something she just made it seem like we was asking her to go above and beyond for us when really we wasn’t being difficult even in the slightest. At the end we go to pay and they add a 10% service fee without even asking. Why would I want to pay 10% of my nearly £150 bill for a poor and quite disgusting service. The only plus’s side to this place was the decorations, the mayonnaise and the fact they allowed dogs in"

"we shared a big wing, they were the best we had in a long time. the Asian salmon and the classic burgers were very good. all left off the service, a table of 4, which came in well 10 minutes after us served before us and my head of Asian salmon came with the starter. I sent it back, but I'm almost sure that the same dish was served when we finished our starter when it was warm."

"A small restaurant decorated in one of the best hotels in the United Kingdom where I stayed. Being late didn't want a full meal and selected two interns. I like dim lighting in restaurants, but there's a difference between the sub and spying on the dungeon I had to hold the menu very close to the candle at my table to see it correctly. 1 Arrangement of pine cured salmon, oysters, whiskey and granite apple. The salmon was very salty and the very small portion. I loved the granite. 2 Arrange pork cheek, onion, gryere cheese and pumpernickel. I expected succulent, tender, tender meat and was tendish and curiously dry with a small goo dab not immediately recognized as gruyere. What made things worse was that it had broken too much pumpernickel envelops you. It looked like some Potting Shed and it was dry. I had to leave a lot. I went for breakfast the next day with fear, just to be pleasantly surprised by a full English breakfast just prepared perfectly, with the best fried shampoo I've had in years. I also saw what looked like an excellent Benedict eggs (very appreciated by the recipient) that serve you. So probably good English cuisine is something to order here and leave the most pretentious dishes alone. As in the rest of the hotel, the staff was very nice and professional"

"Went for the new set menu and was very impressed! The starter was a delicious mix of lamb and chicken tikka and we were both impressed with our mains, the depth of flavour makes the curry stand out against your general takeaway curry. Great value and we'll definitely be back. Thanks xx"

"Just let down a bit by floor staff. Decent quality food with slightly above average price, (no complaints but staff were questionable minor, fixable gripes: Young female waiter wearing socks and sliders? Could have been a forgotten uniform but just looked unprofessional in situ. Saw another female waiter marrying two bottles of rosé wine before taking a new ‘full’ bottle of wine to a customer. Don’t think it’s illegal in the Uk to do this but unhygienic and poor form. They took it to an upstairs table after doing in on the ground floor so diners obviously non the wiser. Young male staff member checked in on us 6 times (counted over two courses, not including ordering or bringing food (how are the drinks x1, how is the food etc x2 per course to the point it was disruptive/ annoying. I get they’re told to be attentive, but just chill buddy"

"Overall a nice afternoon spent at the resturant. The sesting area we were given had remnants of someone else's crumbs etc. The food itself was nice but we seemed to get forgotten about when we were offered more bread and drinks, we had to ask for both again and there seemed to be a bit of a communication problem regarding dessert which we checked to see if it contained nuts due to an allergy, apparently it didn't, then half of the dessert arrived and apparently some of the components did contain nuts after all. We had also seen coffee or tea was complimentary on online advertising but we were intially charged for coffees we asked for until I pointed out the facebook post I'd seen that week offering the beverages as complimentary. I was just a little disappointed with the amount of little things for somewhere so highly rated and for the money/service charge applied."

"Landlord Ivan was the reason for my repeated visits. He is a singular man. Also the 'regulars ' were welcoming and friendly. The best Guinness anywhere. Sadly, I no longer have reason to travel thousands of miles from Australia to Northern Ireland, (the person I was visiting has no wish to see me again) but if I am ever that way again, I would call in for the craic. "We visited on the 27th December for a late lunch, our party was 5 adults and a 7 year old. We were sat in a booth- a bit of a tight squeeze and did result in some kind of elbow jousting game that we could have done without. We ordered our drinks (a must try is the strawberry and mint margarita which did take a while to arrive; this was an ongoing issue and most probably down to the fact that their very competent bar man was making drinks for the whole restaurant with 4-5 servers sending through orders all the time. Our food was amazing, we ordered a platter for 2- this is well worth the price tag and lets you try many different dishes without the headache of trying to choose! Our son had a burger from the kids menu which he devoured (all parents reading this will be well aware of how rare this can be . We had no room for pudding so cannot comment on these. I would most definitely recommend this restaurant for their food and drinks but would suggest to the management that they do a bit more training with their FOH staff to tighten up their service to avoid communication issues and a feeling of neglect."

"this place is a hidden gem. the decor is quite minimalist, but the service and eating is really great, we would come back in spite of it. my friend has made me celebrate a new job I got so we wanted to come here somewhere that we could have a nice steak. the owner who served us was very friendly and helpful and answered all the questions we had about eating and drinking. we went for the bureaucracy and the price was really good for what we got. the food came in perfect time and it was cooked to perfection - we were very happy. also the deserts were delicious! I was a very happy girl! all staff were very attentive and friendly that I felt gave a really nice note. we were happy to visit and will come back. orte like heavens kitchen definatly not enough credit that the chain restaurants and they should, like the quality and service is always better!"

"I am a HUGE Cote fan have gone on a regular basis for years with friends family in Glasgow London. Most recently in December Visited last night with friends was embarrassed as I chose to eat there booked telling them it was great tasty food, great value great wines. food was bland, not great, not a lot of it they only had 3 types of gin drinks were slow to come had to be chased on 3 occasions restaurant was only at best half full, so no idea why we had to continually chase drinks that did not arrive. I really don't enjoy posting this review as previously I have always enjoyed the food had a good dining experience liked the set menu a la carte choice. It looks like maybe the cost of living crisis has hit the chef recipes/ingredients/quality have dipped significantly. None of my friends had previously been to Cote so not a great experience for them on my recommendation"

"After the one vegan place that is open at night in Swansea is taking a break we decided to come here. There is a separate vegan menu and we were asked upon arriving at the restaurant did we want a vegan menu or if we had any allergies. There were quite a few vegan meals, particularly plentiful at breakfast time. I had the sweet potato and felafel salad. What I was most pleased about was the salad ingredients were well distributed. It wasn’t just a couple of tomatoes then all lettuce. I also got a cucumber and mint sparkling juice. You could order from your table which I really appreciate as I don’t like having to check that they heard me say vegan. Also had the potato bravas. They were little cubes but nice. I prefer larger pieces though. My partner had the Mexican superbowl which he enjoyed. Staff were nice and there was plenty of space. Updated from previous review on 2022-09-02"

"The slim dining room is dimly lit, mostly by candles that adorn the ornate tables dressed with thick black and gold decorative cloth. The heavy wooden chairs have a regal feel that serves to heighten the notion of tranquillity just yards from the main row of shops that are central to Moseley Village. We start with chicken satay, a dish too often relegated to the Just Eat default starter. Thick chunks of thigh meat, marinated and impaled on three skewers, full of flavour and gentle aromatics that seamlessly blend with a satay sauce, rich with peanut and coconut milk. By comparison it made the duck roll seem average, which it wasn't. The roll, deep fried to a crisp, holding tender pieces of meat and the occasional shard of crispy skin. It needed the sharp side salad to offset the deep funk of the bbq sauce which was to be a close relation to hoisin. We chose the same birds for main course, because we are ill prepared and hungry. A red curry is a joyous thing full that successfully balances out the sweet and the sour, the heat and the salty. There is the background of kaffir lime and pungent notes of fish sauce. It speaks of the work of an experienced hand in the kitchen. The duck inside is well cooked, though it plays second fiddle to the sauce which dances around it. Pad Pik Khing has more of the chicken thigh meat with krachai and green beans. Its sauce is all acidity and unadulterated heat a good thing; no, a great thing which has little care for the western taste buds. We both mop up the last of the sauces with sticky rice that is the right side of claggy. We opt to take liquid desserts in the pub around the corner, pay the bill and leave for the last of the evenings sun. Whilst putting the world to rights over a pint or three, we agree that Sabai Sabai exceeded expectations for the both of us. Its bold and authentic Thai food has been refined just enough to justify a price which sits just above similar restaurants. Regardless of whether or not you are familiar with the cuisine, I urge you to give it a go. Just do it sober. Food this good needs to be remembered"

"Me and my friend went for dinner last Monday, the waiter was so far not interested to do his job,or he might not know how to do it,He just damp my cuttleries on the table when there was a table napkin for this purpose. We both had prawns as a main and garlic bread which was amazing, and cannolo so called siciliano(but only the shape would remind you of that) which was soggy an tasteless, and trust me I know what I'm saying about cannolo being sicilian.Later my husband join us and he ordered spaghetti carbonara which was made with bacon,no black pepper....and again his cuttleries was damped on the table without even being wiped after we had dinner and was some sauces .When we asked for the bill they told me they can't give me a printed bill, just an old fashioned hand written bill on 2024.I gave the 3 stars o ly for the amazing prawns and garlic bread taste, nothing else."

"Sadly, after many years of visiting this establishment, our visit on 11th November 2023 was shocking. This was our first visit since the Coronavirus Pandemic, we arrived at 9.41pm after travelling a long distance for what has always been a monthly treat (pre Pandemic). The people serving were not at all pleased to see us, we placed our order including a fishcake on it 's own (I have a receipt to prove it) the lady who took our order was asked to confirm our order by the chef, he shout angrily and aggressively at her No Fishcake . She then came to us and said, sorry no fishcakes but you can have anything else , we reluctantly ordered a portion of Calamari. The woman who appeared to be in charge was hostile and rude to the lady that was serving us and demanded that she go down stairs to get Tartare sauce. She was not at all pleasant to us neither, it was very clear they wanted to close up, all be it there was a good 15 mins before closing at 10pm. Unfortunately, to add to this hostile reception, the food was awful, the fish and calamari was tasteless despite being freshly fried for us, the mushy peas and tartare sauce were equally as tasteless, the chips, although freshly fried were a little undercooked. All in all our £40.50 meal we travelled miles across London to enjoy after several years of not being here was truly disappointing. As a resident of Maida Vale in the 80 's and 90 's, we have been patrons of Seashell since the days when Princess Diana and her children frequented this establishment. I 'm without a doubt this establishment is no longer run by the previous owners, as the level of service and the quality of food is no comparison. Needless to say I will no be recommending Seashell or visiting again."

"Well, I like reviewing and have to say having visited Mother Kelly 's many times since 2008 last night was 'poor ', now.... Maybe it was because we booked for 19:30 after watching a film at the nearby Port Solent, which had plenty of options to dine, but we thought no Mother Kelly 's on way home be just dandy. WRONG... Arrived bang in 19:30 place was ghost town with 3 other tables occupied, two eating one waiting for service, we entered were shown a table in the window (table 4) and chose our food from the menus, (my partner wanted scampi as usual, but a sign on the counter said Sorry NO scampi) do she chose Steak and Ale Pie, after about 10 minutes the solitary waitress came to our table to take our order on a tablet... We ordered asking for the Pie... to be told NO Pies left, So rethink, ahh Fish bites then abd a large Cod and trimmings, thank you, by this time Just us and one other table of patrons remained.... After about 10-15 minutes the food arrived, the fish bites well batter bites with fish is more apt a discription, my fish was okay, but was triple batter.... Obviously end if night for them, nothing in booking to say service stops at 8pm I had the choice of many later times when I booked on The Fork.... Disappointed and much like the Country you actually come to expect the disappointment received..... I have other bookings over the next Month with The Fork.. hopefully those restaurants are better stocked and the food is 'nicer '.... I really hate giving poor reviews but you put your head aboveground and you 'll possibly get shot"
