Having already tasted poutine in Quebec I wanted to find this inimitable taste in my beautiful pink city. I was not disappointed, the poutine was delicious. You're going to have an empty stomach to finish it all!

For months, we've been waiting for the cold.... Trapper pistol and logger dessert cheesecakes. and not disappointed, the very tasty sauce and meat, we'll think about continuing the trip to Quebec Fallait would still think of a "tartiflette" with fries!!!

We found by chance on Saturday night and tried with family 2 adults and 2 children 11 and 8 years old. Great welcome. First time we tasted the poutine. We ate on the terrace. The taste is a bit confusing (but it's positive) because you don't know the taste of the poutine (frites with melted cheese on it, plus the ingredients of each recipe (Bucheronne lardons, caramelized onions, fried onions... homemade sauce).
