Ich kann’s jedem empfehlen der schnell in der Mittagspause ausgewogen und gesund essen möchte. Immer für jeden etwas dabei.

War eine sehr gute Gelegenheit vegetarisches Mittagessen, sehr großes Restaurant, indem ich bis zu mehreren Räumen, die ich trotz der hohen Farm fand ich einen freien Tisch, sehr lecker die Gerichte

Its an ordinary vegeterian restaurant with quite some choice. I gues s ordinary people like it. But I am not ordinary I dont like the atmosphere in the place, I cannot tell what it is but when I feel the atmosphere suddenly I dont like the food anymore which looked excellent to me when I put it on the plate. The salad bar in MANGOLDS is the best ever over 30 salads or so. And when you talk to the chefs the quality becomes clear. they use mostly generic products, everything is freshly delivered on the same day and cooked without any synthetic ingredients. staff is friendly, restaurant is a bit loud. On top: all ingredients are declared, a lot of meals without lactose.

Stumbled over this vegetarian/vegan place in heart of Graz. Fantastic choice of hot and cold vegetarian food, you pay for the weight of what you eat (so if you want to eat a kilo of couscous you can), self service, and plenty of space. We are not vegetarians, but cannot recommend this place highly enough for healthy, tasty, food (even have vegetarian cakes to finish) and at absolutely superb value. Great change from standard fare in Austria.

many gluten-free options cautious: tofu contains wheat! mangolds offers an salatbuffet as well as a buffet with a selection of warm dressed, suppen and a daily dish that offers lunch, including a main dish as well as a dessert or suppe for 1/2 price. all dishes are vegetarian, some options are also vegan. many of the ingredients are organic and you can taste the high quality. the dishes are well balanced in seasoning, taste and texture. the prices are somewhat higher, but absolutely justified and worth every penny. there are many sitting opportunities, even during the lunch break and the interieur simple but welcoming. they recommend when they look for a healthy and satisfying lunch.
