"first day of reopening following covid 19. I'm looking forward to seeing vanessa and denis and supporting them. So we came there for lunch, in paar, Tuesday 02 06 2020. warm welcome of vanessa and denis. The room was perfectly equipped to shine the instructions, it was even decorated by the team during the containment, especially by marion and marta. Nice work. the whole team is present despite the bold economics following the health crisis, which gives an idea of the beautiful values that vanessa and denis carry. reunion atmosphere, smiles, kindness. we have chosen the menu, 17 or 20 € (2 or 3 dishes,) choice between 4 entries, 5 dishes, 7 desserts. Input: well prepared rabbit terrine, taste, character, presented with a salate, radish, tomato, small pickles; tahitian fish, a marvel, a lot of flavors, coconut is well present but not excreted excreted. dish: duck magret with mango, rosé as auf l’aime, well presented, a little chives, crushed with potato, very tender and fragrant vegetable, ausgezeichnet. dessert: cream with raspberry, perfectly controlled, a delight.
