We also made a great discovery, a red chinon, cuvée 2014 "the red armchair" that we found excellent, noble and silky, titranting at 14° to drink with delectation and frenzy, the moderation being reserved for benign frogs, of which we are not part. The welcome, the plates, the well-being, the flavors, we will certainly push back to this beautiful table."
