"medlar in chelsea feels good. it is a finer it area and they see the ripe and good to do quantity that undoubtedly often navigate their way through what a delightful menu. as a solo dinner, research in the opposite to do, they can feel that they are a little self-confident sitting somewhere that is 't casual dining. Finally, for such a post location, why would they not have a partner, friend or family. I can safely say that not only this place will cost them the convenient eating alone, it is also without air and grace to make them feel that they are not worthy. for the magnificent dining and star service everyone is welcome if they can afford it naturally. her lunch menu is prix fixe with three cures at £35, two courses at £30 and one cure at £25. The prices show clearly that it is worth more for money, more than just doing one dish. I went for the price-performance ratio and started with a sweet mais veloute with boneless chicken wings, ras el haout oil and aged comte gougeres. in the round it was like a cross between suppe and gazpacho. the chicken wing was so delicate and it worked really well in the plate. they could not immediately see that it was in there, but as they immerse them in them received spoons to experience the hidden were completely. for my main course I had squash ravioli with royal oysters mushrooms, cavolo nero, ricotta, fresh walnuts and a sage-beure ritterette. delicious! I love wild mushrooms to the moon and back; it is very how that it is available in most of my food options. the service at this place is slick. the decoration is underestimated luxury. the guests think themselves as they are on their champagne. it is not what they see from outside, it is very inclusive."

"Portrait Gallery is consummate location to show off the city with a amazing view down Whitehall, with glass panelling surrounding the entire restaurant you are blown away by the view as soon as you vacate the lift on to restaurant floor. The Portrait restaurant affords you the relaxed setting to have not only a great view but welcomed conversation with your guests, unlike other restaurants here the environment is mellow rather then usual loud atmosphere of diners either clambering to talk to each other or the waiter. The staff are attentive and yet not over bearing, getting that balance of service and eloquence……..the location is another plus not only do you have one of London’s famous galleries downstairs but not a four minute walk are you from Trafalgar Square, were something is always happening.I decided to visit for breakfast having booked through opentable, where my request for a window table was honoured. We was sat down in a kindly manner with water severed as customary and once our orders were placed the food arrived no later than 8 minutes to our glee. The food was just as good as the view that captured us as we entered the room, satisfying does not begin to incapsulate the combination of service, view and food. It’s your choice as always but you must visit the portrait gallery restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner…..notice I didn’t say ‘or’.Cost of meal £20 £40 Group size 2 – 6 Location National Portrait Gallery St Martins Place, London, WC2H 0HE.Carlstimeout rating 8.5/10Writer C.Y"
