"We were there for a baptism, but when we were early and thirsty, we went in. Note that it is a good 20min walk from the parking lot. At this point I should have stopped, the greeting was quite rude, but then I'm somehow used to Polish again. It lit up and turned friendly as soon as they realized that we also speak polishing. We didn't want to eat, but my wife, she's Polish, said we were trying. So we ordered a soup Gdańsk and Bigos. After 40min my wife asked how long it will take, the answer was; we do the bigos fresh. Totally a joke, no one makes Bigos fresh, it's a slowly cooked stew that gets better the day. It was the worst bigos I've ever had, it was dry and you could say that they're stuck in the worst remaining flesh. To cover it, they apply dried herbs. I was told his beautiful decoration, people love it. For me it was only hay to eat, to dig deeper, it was the good part. My soup Gdańsk should be with beans, sausages, peppers and spicy. Yeah, it was spicy, I'm not sure if I know what the liquid was. I found some beans inside, some old sausages, including a roast sausage, which, I think, spend most of the last days on the grill, it was halfway thru brown. 2 pieces of paprika cut off and a generous amount of dry herbs again. I have no idea what their concept is, but I don't think it's based on returning customers. I tried to be nice and give the owner a hint of what went wrong here.
