for a normal Yufka store you will be surprised here very positiw by the many number of f vegan options. since I have to do without a yufka since I am vegan, I appreciate the meydan all the more.

We had the vegan Döner, the vegan Yufka and the vegan Döner pizza. Everything tasted great and very fresh. It seems that they even make the bread by themselves since it tasted much better and not as chewy as in other Döner shops. The staff was very friendly as well. meydan is not a 0815 döner, because there are also vegan alternatives. on the one hand that would be vegan dönerfleisch (since) and on the other hand there are also burgers. so far we had the vegan döner, yufka and vegan dönerpizza. of course there are also vegan yogurt sauces. basically not bad, but unfortunately very fat.

I don't know if it's good or bad that we only live a 7min walk away from here hehe. They have a separate vegan menu and everything that we've had so far has been really tasty. The salad that comes with the Döner Teller is also quite nice with fresh herbs. Fries are delish(I think they use garlic salt on them . The pizza crust is also really good because of their wood oven, and the yufka wrap is nice and spicy! I think they're open later than the times listed...I'm going to check next time I walk by and update if I can remember to do so, because I'm sure we've gone later than 9pm and they've been open.

in principle, the meydan is a typical dönerladen, but due to the location at the berplatz, it is situated just in summer on a beautiful corner of the carlsruher south city. various shops of all kinds can be checked here on the way to the döner. a speciality is the possibility to order a vegan döner. the meat is probably replaced by since. tastes surprisingly stylish. small minus point: at the table next to us was asked twice for mayonnaise, as the submitted parcels had expired. otherwise they would be all fresh and tasty. it is already credible that it has only been a given one. we'd go to dinner again because of the cozy situation.
