"Through good friends we have received a gift voucher about a candlelight dinner in the Wasserburg. Before that I was allowed to photograph your wedding last year. As an additional thank you, my wife and I have received this voucher. Yesterday the day was because we had laid the booking so that it fell on our wedding day. After we checked in, we sat on the outside terrace of this beautiful complex. The weather was excellent. But we thought what would expect us in the evening. We drank a beer and then we refreshed this dinner at 7:00. When we entered Princess Marie Pauline at 7 p.m., a very friendly waitress came to us, which underpinned her cordiality with her charming smile. The restaurant was empty to another couple, because all other guests sat on the sun terrace for dinner and enjoyed the evening mood. Since our coupon was a Cancle Light Dinner, we did not want to miss out on the romantic mood and decided to go for the fantastic restaurant with the beautiful cellar vault. On the table was only made for us menus marked with our name. Here we had a selection of three dishes, one was vegetarian. We had a prosecco as an aperitif. We chose the first court. It was a 6-course menu. It started with a beard cream with Grissini. We were then handed over to mango cocktail and raspberry vinaigette as second equipment via duck breast tranches. After all the passages there was a small break that was from length to point. The third dish was a cream soup with red pepper and croûtons. Then there was Cassissorbet with Prosecco as intermediate. Now the main course was on. Padano pork steak with cauliflower on tomatoes parrots. As a crowning conclusion there were last and sixth gang, orange gritsflake in Barolokirschen. The whole menu was a wonderful gourmet of the senses. Thanks to the excellent service, the cook and to you dear Nadine and dear Thorsten for this thank you. Just fantastic. Since we live about 40 km from this wonderful water castle, we had additionally booked a room to drive to two glasses of red wine. The room was on the stand, according to a 4 star Hotel PLUS. Large, very clean and cozy, which will express the attached photos. When I read that my foreman fights for tea bags, it's hard for me not to call him quite. What I do not do with it, because it would be an insult. If I could, I would also give the hotel 15 points because it deserves that. The 4 star PLUS has its price, you don't have to discuss it, but the price was worth it. The accompanying photos are some more impressions that emerged from today's one-hour free guided tour for hotel guests. Here is a special thanks to Mrs. Schmidt, for this great tour."
