I was already eating there a year ago and then I got a call from the restaurant that “today only cash payment would be possible”. This time I was called again in advance with the statement “today only cash payment is possible”. so generally only a cash payment in this restaurant is possible. when we appeared on time for the reservation in the restaurant, we were again alerted to today's cash payment, and also noted that this was already so some time ago. At any rate, our reservation confirmation in the course of our stay online was deleted from the restaurant (so it stood in the email.) but questioned by the personal one would not know anything and this was probably a mistake of onetable. so on the same evening we received the customer service of onetable contact and confirmed that the process of cancellation of the reservation was made by the restaurant. by showing our evidence, the cancellation was reversed by onetable. it is very bad that, on the one hand, only cash payment is possible and it is stressed that it is only today and that we are being lied about canceling the reservation, probably so that we can not write an evaluation, since we had complained at the beginning because of the cash story. also strange that a high-priced restaurant only accepts cash..."
