"A volte compro pasta fresca da cucinare a casa, sono stata solo un paio di volte a pranzo perché mangio tardi quando lì c 'è già da aspettare e trovo assurdo fare la fila per pranzare, si mangia discretamente ma non tanto da aspettare in fila per strada.Le mie scelte sono state di piatti elaborati non tradizionali che ho gradito, buona la possibilità di piatti vegetariani e vegani, però la quantità di piatti serviti qui e nel locale di Bologna escludono ormai il lavoro della sfoglina e assomigliano più a qualcosa di quasi industriale , diciamo che lo reputo un posto giusto per la pausa lavoro o uno spuntino veloce, sono bolognese e so che a Bologna il mangiare BENE è altrove.Vado invece spesso il pomeriggio per la merenda, si trova posto facilmente, si può stare quanto si vuole e i dolci e la biscotteria sono buoni.Il locale è grande, purtroppo si respira un 'atmosfera freddina, in sala personale giovane e gentile ma estraneo e distaccato, del resto non trovi quasi mai le stesse persone, non è un buon segno."

"Bisogna metterci la faccia ed IO ce la metto senza problemi!!! Tempo fa ho fatto assaggiare I Borlenghi alla mia Compagna e gli son talmente piaciuti che ha cercato un ristorante nelle vicinanze di Bologna e ci è uscito L 'Arte Del Borlengo !!! PREMETTO CHE 1 STELLA NON È PER L 'OTTIMO BORLENGO, MA PER LA SCORTESIA DELLA SIGNORA CHE CI HA SERVITO!!! Eravamo fuori con Amici oggi e l 'ho proposto per cena per provare... Alle 17,30 circa chiamo e prenoto per le 20/20,30 e la Signora mi dice No, meglio le 20 perché alle 20,30 ho un gruppo di 7 persone... ok ok, non ci son problemi... saremo lì per le 20!!! Arriviamo in anticipo e ci fà subito accomodare ed una volta deciso ne ordiniamo 1 a testa E la Signora ci dice che tranquillamente se ne mangiano anche 3 a testa ed anche per tenere calde le padelle così da non farle raffreddare fra un borlengo e l 'altro... al che io ne ordino subito 3 mentre gli Amici e la mia Compagna solo 2!!! Avevamo pranzato e non sapevamo quanta fame avevamo... ed infatti alla fine del 2° giro i nostri Amici e la mia Compagna hanno ordinato il 3° pure loro quando la Signora ha portato il 3° a me!!! Io finisco e quando porta il 3° a loro... Le chiedo di portarmene degli altri (ne avrei presi altri 3) La risposta della Signora mi ha indispettito... A no, ve lo avevo detto... adesso ho il tavolo di 7 persone e l 'altro tavolo di 2 e quindi non ve li posso più fare!!! MA COME FACCIO A SAPERE QUANTA FAME HO E QUANTI NE RIESCO A MANGIARE??? ED IN PIÙ CI VOLEVA SPACCIARE DEI SORBETTI INVECE DEI BORLENGHI CON LA NUTELLA... Le balle iniziano a frullarmi, MA fra molte virgolette ci potrebbe stare... MA POI DALL 'ESSERE INDISPETTITO MI INCAVOLO DI BRUTTO PER NON DIR DI PEGGIO... perché il tavolo di 7 persone ha ordinato dei primi... E TU MI VUOI DIRE CHE NON RIUSCIVI A FAR 3 BORLENGHI A ME E QUALCHE ALTRO CON LA NUTELLA AI MIEI AMICI ED ALLA MIA COMPAGNA PRIMA DI FARE DEI BORLENGHI PER IL TAVOLO DI 7 PERSONE... AMMESSO CHE LI AVESSERO ORDINATI??? ANCHE PERCHÉ SONO ARRIVATI 4 RAGAZZI CHE NON AVEVANO PRENOTATO... E DOPO 10 MINUTI SI È LIBERATO IL TAVOLO DIETRO DI NOI ED È RIMASTO VUOTO A LUNGO, MA SE GLI DICEVI DI FARSI UN GIRETTO OPPURE ASPETTAVANO LÌ E GLI VENDEVI 4 SPRITZ O 4 BIRRE... CI FACEVI SÙ DEI SOLDI OLTRE ALLA CENA!!! MA COME SIETE MESSI!?!?!?!?!?!? SE NON AVETE VOGLIA DI LAVORARE... CAMBIATE MESTIERE!!!"

"Would you have in mind to have some seafood and fish in Bologna? Me no. And this restaurant completely changed my mind. We have started the dinner with a Seafood platter full of fresh diversity and associated with a tasty sauce. And then came a 1.5kg Sea Bass perfectly cooked accompanied by a nice Pinot Grigio. Le Dolce was as well at the level of the rest of the dinner: Molto Bene. Grazie Mille Bersagliere!"

"I think the place has great potential for the place where it is located but unfortunately it does not fully value expectations. I pray that I enjoyed an apericena at the outside area of the room, where there is the bar in front of which are set tables outside. The environment and location is very informal but pleasant, large space under the trees with lights and tooth to decorate the lawn. Very kind and friendly staff, although sometimes it was a little disregarded as they are still few people serving a decent number of tables. Once I had a seat, I had to get up to go look for a waiter because after 20 minutes we had not ordered. Passed the magazine because we were not really visible, once ordered the meat cutter arrived, inadvertently the waiter dropped one of the four slices of cheese present. The menu consists mainly of traditional dishes, usually with meat and cheese cutter accompanied by a beer or a drink. For 20 € in two the cutter was not very rich, three slices of mortadella, four mirrors of cheese, a tablespoon of honey, a spoon of stracchino, four other slices of another mixed sausage type mortadella, and three slices of raw ham. It is true that the principle is not to dine, but most people saw the time however had foreseen dinner. The growing basket was a bit more abundant and the growing ones instead were very good. Overall I think there are locals in the area maybe better managed with some a bit more appetizing choice for an apericena."
